Review: I ordered cell phone cases from this company on June [redacted].. The order was supposedly filled that day. A USPS tracking number was sent to me on the ** of June with a 3 day priority shipping. I have checked that information daily. I emailed the company to let them know that the tracking number I received would not update and asked if indeed the items had been shipped. I received an email stating that they were shipped and that True Accessory was not responsible for the United States Postal Service delays. They would not give me the date they were mailed. This was June **, 2014. I then contacted the postal service and they told me that the company had requested a tracking number on the [redacted] of June 2014 and that USPS had not received the package for mailing. I then sent another email to True Accessory and requested the order be cancelled and my credit card refunded. I ten received an email from True Accessories telling me that I can not cancel my order and that there are no refunds. I have tried to call the number listed and I always get an answering machine. I have been unable to speak with anyone. It is now July [redacted] and I have received nothing from this company. It is in my opinion a fraud. I am very upset and I don't want to see others get ripped off. Thank you for looking into this company.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded to me.. I did not and have not received the merchandise ordered.

Review: I ordered 5 items from True Accessory website (trueaccessory.com). The following are the items: 1 Lifeproof phone cover, 1 iPhone 4s silver phone cover, 1 set new earbuds, 1 mobile battery charger, and 1 window car mount for phone. So far, the Lifeproof phone cover was not actually the Lifeproof brand, as the site leads me to believe. It is a terrible knockoff version that broke within the first 3 hours I had my phone in it. The battery charger quit working almost immediately. The silver phone cover arrived and was for an iPhone 5, which does NOT fit the iPhone 4s, so I paid for a product I never even received and they have refused to replace it or refund the money. They requested photos, which I sent immediately. I have sent multiple emails requesting assistance, and they will not respond. I spent $70 on items from their store, and thus far, $60 worth of the items are unusable. They are scammers, and I have found many many complaint sites online against this company. It makes me sick to think that I wasted that kind of money, especially when I've had to start repurchasing the items elsewhere so I can have proper phone components for work. This company should be shut down. 7Desired Settlement: Quite frankly, the items are second-hand knockoffs and absolutely do not work. I would prefer NOT to have a replacement of items that don't even work. I would prefer a refund for at least the 2 broken items and for the item I never received because the company shipped the wrong thing. I can provide receipts and copies of all email correspondence.
