We spoke with the customer as soon as we received his email expressing his dissatisfaction with True Line's service. Prior to his complaint, the vehicle's alignment was checked and up to spec on two separate occasions, and tire air pressures reset. There's obviously a problem that we're missing,...
causing his recurring inside tire wear. We offered the customer two options. The first was to give us an opportunity to further trouble shoot the problem, or, we would refund all money spent at True Line plus some expenses. The customer stated that he would prefer the refund, the distance from his residence to El Cajon being a factor. True Line is issuing a check to the customer in the amount of $189.98 for refund for work performed and gas cost reimbursement. We apologize to the customer for his inconvenience, and will be using this incident as a topic in future staff enlightenment.
