No call no show for two years in a row on NYE!!! I've worked with this group almost 10 times and 8 of the 10 were amazing. Communication, good security staff and good follow up. For the last 2 years on New Year's no matter how early I book them, they do not call and they do not show and they will not answer calls or texts. Fool me once, but fool me twice!! I can never use them again as they put hundreds of people at risk on one of the most important nights of the year. I sent weekly emails to them, letting them know standard operating procedures and even got a couple responses. The night of, nothing. Buyer beware you could have good service one time and no service the next. The time you don't have service, you better have great insurance! Just isn't worth it.
