Review: I paid for and purchased a dental implant, however, when he put it in, it was cracked. He replaced it, but not with the same product or the same level of service and voided the warranty that was given me. When I brought this matter to his attention and stated that I was not satisfied with the result (wrong color and product type), he refused to reimburse my money or resolve the matter with the same product. Furthermore, he refused to acknowledge that the warranty had been voided.Desired Settlement: I would like the money back that I spent on this dental implant. I have had to replace it at another dentist.
