Due to the time sensitivity and volume of claims we are currently unable to process and additional claims as local auto body repair centres can not meet the demand. [redacted] is aware of these issues and it is not an isolated situation. In this case we will work with the client and Auto body centre to have his claim expedited in a timely manner. We are aware of the time remaining on [redacted] corrosion warranty and have prioritised his claim accordingly. Please understand all Claims are subject to approval by [redacted] the warranty provider

With all due respect to the folks at Saint John [redacted],it would seem to me that a more definitive date could/should be placed on the processing of this claim.I sent an email a week ago,no response.My [redacted] left a voice message with the service manager,no response.While I understand they had some employee problems which exasperated this situation,SJVW haven't given this matter(and I know there are many others)the attention that's required.By not assigning a higher priority to this problem,they have alienated good loyal customers who are questioning whether they will continue a business relationship with SJVW and[redacted] something that ** as an company can ill afford with all the other problems they have created for themselves.
