Review: The order was to be shipped July *, 2013 Priority Mail to be received by July *, 2013. The post office never received the order even though the company created a shipping label for the package. We have repeatedly contacted the company, they blame the post office. The Post Master said that the company created 21 shipping labels on July*, 2013 and 20 of those packages actually shipped and were delivered by the post office. The 21st package was ours and never came through the post office for processing.Desired Settlement: We would like either our product to ship in a timely manner or refund $24.35 to us.
