refund for the HERD Biscuit totaling $4.23 with tax. Mr. [redacted] may contact the store or me directly at [redacted] to receive his refund, or we will be more than happy to issue a check and mail to him if that would be easier for him. Again we are very sorry that one of our customers were dissatisfied with the quality and or price of a meal or service we provide. I have enclosed a copy of the original complaint that was called into corporate for your file.
