the Car has been broken down within a week of purchasing itI have no way to get the car there without paying more money to tow the car there the only resolution I would like to come to without having to take further action would be a refund of ***Half of the money I have paid.

Called business spoke with JoelHe stated that Ms*** was supposed to bring the car in on 12/8/at PM and never showedHe stated if Ms*** brings the car in allows him to look over the car to see if he was the responsible party for the damageAnd brings in the receipt for the towing he will
be more than willing to try and work something out with her

When I contacted Tuffy’s I was advised by Joe that no one from the Revdex.com. As I explained to Joe, I did not wish to have Tuffy’s do anything to my car being that my wheel came off 3 weeks after they inspected my car. My mechanic and [redacted] tried to contact Joe to provide all information needed and they were not able to reach him. I would like to have the owner of the shop to resolve this issue, being Joe is unprofessional and I can’t afford to take off of work to have this issue handled. The vehicle was purchased AS-IS no warranty came with the vehicle. No refund will be given. [redacted] stated he informed consumer that she can bring the vehicle in for him to look over and try and figure out whats wrong with it. After that they can discuss what to do from there. [redacted] stated the car...

was never brought in but he is will to still look at the car.

Review: I went to this auto repair shop for them to initially check my car for the state inspection. They passed my car and I believed everything was okay . Today I planned on taking a road trip so I decided to bring my car to this shop to have them check to make sure everything was okay . After checking the car they had come to the conclusion that my breaks needed to be fixed but the mechanic added that it needed to be fixed a long time ago when the inspection was done . Let t be noted that it was not brought to my attention until now. What made me more mad about the situation is that I have a 10 month old daughter who I transport along with myself. The mechanic begins to get belligerent and tells me that I could have crashed at any moment with my brakes being so bad and that I should just [redacted] and swearing at me. In the process he throws my brakes now breaking them and then tells me to pay more money because this one is broken. I have never experienced such bad customer service and this business most definitely needs to be investigated. I wish there was a higher power I could take it up with on site that could defuse this situation but everyone present at this business have nasty attitudes.Desired Settlement: I would like for the repairs to be done and my money refunded because it was this same business that passed my inspection without telling me that my brakes need to be replaced

Revdex.com spoke with the business regarding this case. This customer's concerns have been addressed at no charge. When the vehicle was inspected it did pass but the customer was told that the break would need to be looked at in a few months. She brought the vehicle back and also had the rotors repairs. The business has been in contact with the customer and this has all been addressed.
