We did their concrete work, they were not happy so they stopped payment on their checkWe went back out, but still not happyThis consumers husband asked my husband to work with him to get the work correctWe re-sealed again, they called and said looks good so payment would be left in the mailbox because they were going outNow she is not happy againWe tried calling the husband, but no return callIt all started out that she wanted a scalloped walkway and as it was being finished she changed her mind, but it can not be changed at that pointThe product we use dries in roughly hours, so they would have seen the final finish before they paid

Charlie never mentioned in his response  the issue of having our patio a few different colors and the huge very dark area by the porch. We stopped payment because the job looked very unprofessional!! Charlie was difficult to converse with. We left Payment because we were not home when he came it wasn't because we approved of the job. I have many pictures of this patio and have atttached two for reference. We would like a reimbursement of $500 to settle this and to feel like we weren't totally taken advantage of on this  job. Regards,
