It is always our goal to give every customer an exceptional experienceWe regret you don’t believe that happenedJust to help clarify, the finance company often approves the customer for more than the amount requestedIn your case for the amount of approval was $20,Your payment amount gets
based off the contract, not the approval amount, which means your payments would not have been on the $20,000, but the amount of the contract you signedOn the front page of our signed agreement is payment terms of 50% down at signing and 50% upon completionThis is why Greensky distributed a portion of your financed funds to TundralandWe have tried to call you and left messages for you on multiple occasions and our sales manager was diligently working on your behalf to cancel the contract even though it was beyond the cancellation periodIt’s unfortunate that this needed to be elevated to this pointWe will be refunding 100% of your deposit and we will absorb the costs incurred so farWe wish you the best of luck with your future project

[redacted], good speaking with you today. As mentioned, you were leaving messages on someone's cell phone. We apologize for the confusion. I'm glad we spoke and solved the problem. Thank you.

We met with the customer in their home to discuss their concerns and we explained how the repair was done by one of our master plumbers using a coupler, not a patch. We all have agreed on a path forward and the homeowner understands we have a lifetime warranty on our products and our labor. We very...

much value our customer's business and we regret that the project had some challenges. I think we've all reached a satisfactory outcome.

Overall I would to have give tundraland a D. It took 3 times to do my windows. First they gave less than 24 hours notice, that my windows where wrong after waiting several weeks. Second nearly 2 weeks later they installed my leaky windows on very cold day in mid december. The windows where improperly installed, frost would gather around frames and you could feel a cold draft near them, I was looking forward to sitting next to draftfree windows, but that did not happen. They came back the third time to reseal the windows and put on the missing weather striping. Finally they fixed it after a lot of apologies, 75 dollar gift card, and a lot of messing up. I will not be going back to Packerland for the rest of my windows.

Tundraland owners Brian and Dave make empty promises to their employees. They call them family and promise them work so they can make make their production but they only tell their employees what they want them to here so they would shut up. My husband throws up almost every morning because he worries how we are going to make ends meet and if we are going to have food on our table. Tundraland don't care about their customers, they just want to make a quick buck. Tundraland is constantly making their employees put in miss measured windows and if their employees refuse to they cut their hours to less than half. Do you really want Tundraland windows, I know I don't because I want to invest in a place that cares about their employees and makes sure their customers are getting quality work done.

They advertize and tell you that they will get everything done in one day, the next morning at the most. It has been two days them working on it and still not done. Well now they are telling us to finish they will need to come back in about a week. This is just to take out a tub and put in a shower. They were putting in cheap products, not what I ordered products. Like a lights in the shower with no cover plus much bigger than what we ordered and was on display at the home show, which is were we decided to get them from. There were many things they didn't bring along that we ordered and paid for. Stuff came in a different color, then what we ordered and was given a sample of. When the guy came to do the drywall he had problems because they didn't have the stuff in correct so the wall has to be curved in spots so the edge of the shower wall that is exposed, is the same from top to bottom. The seat in the shower was the same as the wall but when they put it in, it is off white and they never told us that it would be different then displayed at the home show. What you get for the money is not at all worth it. I would be better off and cheaper off with better quality product, with someone else. Plus if I would have gotten someone else, I would be asked to only pay some of the bill up front and the rest when the job is completed. Here I had to pay for all of it up front and had to wait almost 2 months before they started. Plus I am the one who had to call them to ask when they would start after not hearing from them for about a month.

We went with tundraland to do our windows in our house we were promised the absolute best product they had and we got basically the same window they just took out. I have been taken advantage of by them for more than $14000 to put the same window I had. Thought they had a superior product until it got cold out now I have moisture and ice built up on every window they put in where I used too only have it on the north windows in my house. Very disappointed in their product and workmanship.

Outstanding! We have nothing but good things to say.

Your service was prompt. The installers were very courteous, and a pleasure to have in our home. They have very good rapport, and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend Tundraland. Our kitchen is our next project, and we would definitely use this company again.

Tundraland refaced our kitchen cabinets, and replaced some appliances, as well as a backsplash. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and very professional. We love our new kitchen, it looks so much better than it used to.

I am very happy with my bathroom. Tundraland/Baths for Less is very easy to work with. I used to have a plastic surround, and now I love my bathroom and it's much easier to maintain. The iPad app really helped me see what the colors and styles would look like. Great job!

We are very happy with our bathroom project. The installers were great and very easy to work with. Our bathroom is much easier for us to clean, and the iPad app at our consultation was very beneficial.
