Turf-Pro Lawn and Maintenance

Dear Ms***, We have provided lawn maintnenance services to the [redacted] house located at [redacted] Service's started at this location some time ago Our son ***rey, who was normally the service provider at that location, negoitated the contract price Our standard, basic price of $per cut included, cutting the grass, weed eating around trees, poles etc, edging the sidewalk, driveway and blowing off all the hard surfaces of grass debris We do not include trimming bushes to any of our customers at the price Our son ***rey, did provide these services to the [redacted] 's as a personal courtesy as I stated to the [redacted] Family The beginning of July, services were provided to the [redacted] residence by another of the Turf-Pro crews I billed out the services that were providedGrass was cut & bushes trimmed I was notified by Mr [redacted] after these services were completed that he wished to terminate services immediately A final invoice was sent out I billed for the services that were provided The [redacted] 's have paid the balance except for this $charge I feel that this complaint was initiated because of the termination of the relationship between members of both families Should you have any questions please feel free to call meI can be reached at [redacted] or our personal e-mail [redacted] Thank you [redacted] Turf-Pro Lawn and Landscape Maintenance

Revdex.com, I have reviewed the message that [redacted] sent in response to the initial complaint filed against Turf-ProAs I previously stated, my problem with the additional charge is that at no point was I notified that I would be charged extra for a service that had been included in my negotiated contract with Turf-ProOver the course of the month service agreement I was never charged extra or bushes trimmed because of an agreement between [redacted] and myself in September of I do not understand why having another crew do the grounds maintenance at my house changes the service agreement that had been honored for months, this crew is apart of the same company (Turf-Pro) that included this service during the length of my service agreementAlso, at no point was I informed that because a different crew was going to be doing the grounds maintenance at my house that the service agreement was not longer going to be honored As for ***'s accusation that I am doing this "because of the termination of the relationship between members of both families", I assure you that the ending of the relationship has nothing to do with me filing this complaintThe complaint was filed because I feel that my service agreement that was made in September of was not honored and that I am being charged extra unnecessarily Thank you for taking the time to look into this situation [redacted]

standard, basic price of $35.00 per cut included, cutting the grass, weed eating around trees, poles etc, edging the sidewalk, driveway and blowing off all the hard surfaces of grass debris.  We do not include trimming bushes to any of our customers at the 35.00 price.    Our son [redacted]rey, did provide these services to the [redacted]'s as a personal courtesy as I stated to the [redacted] Family.  
The beginning of July, services were provided to the [redacted] residence by another of the Turf-Pro crews.  I billed out the services that were provided. Over the course of the 21 month service agreement I was never charged extra or bushes trimmed because of an agreement between [redacted] and myself in September of 2013. I do not understand why having another crew do the grounds maintenance at my house changes the service agreement that had been honored for 21 months, this crew is apart of the same company (Turf-Pro) that included this service during the length of my service agreement. Also, at no point was I informed that because a different crew was going to be doing the grounds maintenance at my house that the service agreement was not longer going to be honored.
As for [redacted]'s accusation that I am doing this "because of the termination of the relationship between members of both families", I assure you that the ending of the relationship has nothing to do with me filing this complaint.
