Review: I ordered several marine hardware items from this company. I would like to return part of the order as the items are unsuitable for my needs. The company fails to return phone calls (goes to voice mail) and fails to respond to emails. There are numerous complaints on the Revdex.com site as well as other feedback sites. If I had known this I would have purchased the items elsewhere.Desired Settlement: I want to be given directions/RMA to return the unneeded goods-value approximately $20.

Review: For assistance when contacting the vendor they are doing business as marinepartdepot.com. I placed an order for two stainless steel hinges totaling $19.47. Credit card was charged, however, the wrong parts were delivered. I returned the products in accordance with their return policy. I have copied their policy here for reference:

"If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund."

I returned the product within the allotted time and with all the pertinent order information. I also e-mailed them with the same information.

I have tried to contact them via e-mail and telephone on several occasions but have received no response. I have seen other such complaints with this company no refunding for returned products. It is unfortunate because p to this point I have been satisfied with their products, prices and delivery.Desired Settlement: I just want the company to refund my money and to provide an e-mail message when they have done so.

Review: Product was returned per instructions of Marine Parts, Depot (Turquois, Inc.) No response. Emails sent phone calls made. No response.

I have contacted the company by email several times and have called by telephone several times. With no response.Desired Settlement: I want refund for the items sent back to Marine Parts Depot (Turquois, Inc.)
