Review: On March *, 2013, [redacted] and I went to Tuxedo Park to order tuxedos for the men for our wedding on August **, 2013. We worked with [redacted] ([redacted]) and settled on a tuxedo that included a gray vest and grey plaid tie. We also agreed upon laceless/ slip on shoes for all of the men, including the groom. On August **, 2013 I was greeted by all of my groomsmen wearing a black tie and black vest. The groom was also wearing a different set of shoes that included laces. I let my frustrations go and enjoyed my wedding day. Upon returning from my honeymoon, I called Tuxedo Park on 8/**/13 and left a message for a [redacted] regarding the problem. After not hearing back, I went to Tuxedo Park on Friday August [redacted] at 5:00PM and met with [redacted]. [redacted] showed me my order form prepared by [redacted] (who has since been fired from Tuxedo Park) that included vague codes that represented the colors/ styles. [redacted] clearly wrote the wrong "code" down the vests and tie. He did write the correct code for the grooms shoes, however the groom was still somehow provided with the wrong pair. I explained my disappointment and frustrations with [redacted]. [redacted] promised me that he would talk to [redacted] about some sort of refund over the weekend. I called Tuxedo Park on Wednesday 9/*/13 as I never heard from [redacted] and left a message with the [redacted]. I called again on Thursday 9/* and was told [redacted] was not in but that I could try [redacted] ([redacted]) at the [redacted] location. I called [redacted] at ###-###-#### and was advised that he was not in and unsure of when he would next be in the store. I left a message with another receptionist explaining my story and frustrations. I believe it is completely unacceptable for a business to recognize they made a mistake, but fail to take accountability for the mistake by getting back to the customer in a timely manner. There is no excuse for this problem to still be outstanding after so much time.Desired Settlement: First I would like Tuxedo Park to return my series of phone calls as they originally promised to do. Secondly, I would like Tuxedo Park to issue a partial refund to each one of the men in my wedding party that purchased this tuxedo for rent (9 groomsmen, 2 fathers, 1 ring bearer, 1 groom= 13 total persons). There is no excuse for this poor level of customer service that has been provided after we have given them a $3,200+ sale.

Review: A group of men went to this business to rent suits for a wedding. The company decided to charge my fiancé and my credit card double the amount in late charges with additional days added. The suits were 3 business days late, and their website states that charges will be accrued $25.00 per business day. We returned 2 suits that day, they agreed to only charge 50% as a courtesy, but when they told us that the 50% discount equaled $125.00 we questioned how 3 days late times $25 equaled $125, It should be $75, the employee got defensive and stated that if we refuse to pay then the charge will go on the grooms credit card. When I spoke with the assistant manager he stated that our card would be charged for 5 days because they were intentionally charging us for the day it was returned and the day after, it was a Thursday when the suits were returned. The following Monday our card cleared for $250.00. I immediately called the bank to dispute the charges, and left another message for the owner or manager to call me. I never received a call, the following Thursday I called and waited to speak with someone, no one would get on the phone with me because they were not going to refund the charges even though they were placed out of spite. I waited on hold until the owner Rich picked up, he stated that he does not know why he was on the phone because they were not going to give the refund, I made him aware that he was illegally charging our card, our family friend who was in the wedding as well returned his suit within about an hour of when we did and he was charged the correct amount of $75.00. I asked the owner why we were charged a different amount when they were returned at the same time and the owner of this company stated "I can charge whatever I want to whoever I want.". This owner is illegally charging people who dispute charges out of spite.Desired Settlement: For the amount of time that I have exhausted trying to get this company to do the right thing and get the money back that they fraudulently charged my card I would like the entire late fee waived.
