models that are known to have issues and we stay away from those models. When possible we purchase a Post Sale Inspection Report from the Auction which checks major components of the car, mainly engine and transmission. We also look at vehicle histories prior to purchase. Once purchased, we drive our vehicles on streets and highways and repair minor issues the car may have. We allow customers to fully check out the vehicle before purchase. This includes a test drive and if requested an inspection by a mechanic of their choice.  While processing the sales paperwork we explain each and every form including two forms that state that the car is sold without implied warranty.  There is an “AS-IS” form and also a “BUYERS GUIDE” that lists all the possible things that may go wrong with a used car.  At this time the customer can decide to purchase a third party warranty. These warranties can be purchased for as low and $99 to cover drive train for three months.  Longer terms and addition coverage are more expensive. Even without a warranty we have helped many customers with repairs at our affiliated repair shop. We believe these principles and guidelines have reduced risk to our customers and ourselves allowing us to grow our business over that last eight years selling hundreds of cars without one Revdex.com complaint until now.
