Twin Dolphin Inn

Review: My family and I stayed at the Twin Dolphins- now known as Comfort Inn at [redacted] Ave., Morro Bay, CA from 9/1- 9/3/2013. We have several complaints, that have been brought to the attention of the Comfort Inn- who has not been listening/handling- AND trying to turn them around and blame us for even having complaints. Complaints:1. They bill their clients Upfront/upon check- in- AND upon check out- so you get DOUBLE BILLED and then have to wait for the monies to clear after about a week to get the double billed monies back. In our case- WE WERE BILLED 4 TIMES! Additionally, they have POSTED OUR FINANCIAL information on YELP. Isn't this Illegal?2. They put a SCAM phone call through to our room late at night- at which we were threatened by the caller. We immediately notified the front desk- who just said "sorry"... that was it.3. There were things wrong with the room- foggy window (so we had NO VIEW of Morro Rock), and peeling paint in our room, as well as a dripping faucet all night... and the air conditioners are not regulated to the room- one side is freezing, the other is hot. I have asked for a refund of our second night here ($99, plus tax and $10 hotel fee), as there were many compiling factors as to why our stay was not nice. Now we getting in accurate information as to why this is our fault, and our banks fault and how they are NOT going to handle this matter. Please look into this business as they are NOT practicing business on a professional level. As well, I would like my card credited for the second nights stay...
