I visited Twin Lakes and discussed building a pool with [redacted] and [redacted] Sept 17th I emailed my house survey to [redacted]. Sept 21st, I called to asked if they have received the survey, Sept 22nd, [redacted] called and said he had received the survey and he was going email me the pool designs by the 24th of Sept. Sept 29th I called and left message for [redacted] about not receiving anything from [redacted]. Oct 2nd [redacted] called and left message apologizing for the delay. Oct 5th, I returned [redacted] called and she curtly told me that they do not build pools and to go somewhere else....STAY AWAY from TWIN LAKES.
