Twin Oaks Orthodontics

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: There is no response here, it's a copy of the original contract when my daughters braces were put onI asked to be released from the contract that was copied hereI was happy to do business with DrWiley until they took an over
inflated payment from my checking accountAnd that payment was not taken via the ACH payment that was authorized in that contract it was via a debit card that DrWiley was not authorized to useI want to be released from my contract with DrWiley and Twin Oaks OrthodonticsI do not want to do business with an organization that takes unauthorized payments amounts and transaction methods. What is it Twin Oaks is trying to communicate? By posting a contract doesn't give me a resolution?
Also, if this document that Twin Oaks posted is a public document please remove it from this fileAs it has my home address and my daughters name, two things I don't need to be seen publiclyThank you!
