Review: I ordered a set of ear buds from this company that arrived defective and not working. I contacted the company and they told me I needed to send them back and pay for return shipping. I sent them back to the company via the USPS insured on 10/27/2013. I have made numerous attempts to contact this company via email regarding the status and have heard nothing back. The contact phone number is never answered and just has a voicemail. They refuse to respond and I am out the money for the product and shipping both ways.Desired Settlement: I want my product replaced with a set of ear buds that actually work and my shipping charges refunded.

Review: I ordered this product that looks exactly like the Apple earbuds and costs just the same. Just received this package --- and I did not receive what I had ordered. What was received was a bootleg version of the Apple earphones --- as they "seem to appear" like them, but are really a knock off version. The sound is horrendous and nothing like mine.I asked to return the product and be credited full amount + shipping charges ($8.00) --- and they told me that the shipping is non-refundable, and that I would have to pay the return shipping. I really think this is unjust --- they are advertising a false product. It looks like the Apple Earphones --- but they aren't and that should be specified, rather than lead the customer to believe that they are...due to the fact that they are the same design (but are replicas).So disappointed --- you cannot even imagine. Anything on this website should be considered bootleg versions of the real deal. Imposters.Desired Settlement: They should refund me the shipping I paid + the return shipping --- on top of the full amount of the purchased items.

Review: I ordered 2 pairs of earbuds from Living Social. Ubertechy is the vendor and was supposed to ship them to me but they were never shipped. I have emailed them 4-5 times and left numerous voicemails. I never received a return call. I got an email a month ago saying we will ship your order but it still has not come. I have told them several times to refund my $18 back and that was never acknowledged.Desired Settlement: I want my money back at this point. I purchased ear buds at [redacted] which is what I should have done in the first place. I no longer will order anything online anymore.

Review: I purchased headphones from Ubertechy in Early October. The headphones worked fine for a while then one ear just stopped working. I have tried contacting ubertechy a number of times via phone call as well as email and have not gotten any response from them. I either want my money back or a replacement product.Desired Settlement: I just want to get a replacement of the headphones I ordered and that's it.
