Review: I was invited to attend a farewell event on April 2, 2015 at Scorchers. My cousin and I went to the bar where we waited on the female bartender to acknowledge we were standing there. after waiting for at least 3 to 4 minuteds I said "excuse me" politely and ask if we could be served. The bartender turned and said "Im talking can you wait". I shook my head no. she proceeded to tell me that if I could not wait, that I could leave and go somehwere to get better service because she was not going to serve me. she then turned to a co-worker and told her to serve me because she was not! I was totally shock that she responded so negative. She then went to a male patron and said 'I just started the day and now I got to deal with ignorant". Again my cousin and I were shocked at her behavior talking negatively about a customer for no reason. I waited until she came closer to try to speak to her indiscreetly, and let her know I was not trying to be mean, but we had been waiting for a while. Again, she became Irrate and said "I was talking to my manager to get information on what she wanted me to do" and she didn't feel that I had waited that long, it was only one minute which was not true. I responded as a customer, she could have acknowledged our presence. she again told me if I didn't like the service to go somewhere where I would be happy, and that I could forget getting any service from her. That's when I told her how ignorant her actions were and that she did not have enough in her spirit to serve. I ask to speak to a manager and was told that there was no manager onsite. That woman did not know who I was and obviously did not care! She had no respect for herself, the establishment, or other patrons. Because she's angry at life is not anyone else problem and should have stayed home if she was not able to be proffessional. It don't matter what your position is, you still respect you customers. Later that evening some of the ladies I was with came back and said she was speaking nasty to them and did not want to serve them. How do you represent yourself and the company you work for and create conflict with the client's that keep you employed by patronizing the place and spending their

money!Desired Settlement: I'm not looking to cause anyone to loose a job, but feel there should be some accountability for her actions. If that's standard customer service in this establishment, then there is a problem with the owner, manager and anyone else that serves as a leader in that place. I looked on the company website to find out who the owner was and read that others were complaining about the same thing at that location. Again, I don't want anyone loosing their job, but expect there to be some consequence for her actions. As far as an apology, it would be null and void because she don't see the error of her ways and don't have enough in her spirit to change until it's forced!!!! If I ever visit again, I hope there would be changes because it was a nice place to meet with friends without her drama!!!!

[redacted]April 16, 2015 On Thursday, April 2, 2015 when [redacted] arrived she came during shift change. My night managerand myself were going over tabs and things that needed to be done for the night. When she saw theladies waiting she told them she would be right with them. One of the ladies shook her head and keptsaying no, the night manager then asked one of the bartenders to serve them, so we could quickly ?nishup going over what needed to be done that night.The bartender should not have said those comments to the gentleman sitting at the bar. We did have atalk with her about it and gave her a warning since this has never happened with her before.We sent out a $20.00 gift card to [redacted].
