Review: On 10/30/2014 I bought 6 hard drives from [redacted] of uGotFicocom in response to his Craigslist advertisement. Mr. [redacted] claimed in his ad that the hard drives were original Western Digital 4Tb Red NAS-ware. I drove 200 miles both ways to pick up the hard drives. I paid Mr. [redacted] $450 cash ($75 per piece) for the six hard drives. On seeing the hard drives it did not seem to be Western Digital and I asked him again and he reassured that these were original Western Digital hard drives. On reaching home I did detailed analysis on the brand and found that they were not made by Western Digital and are fake. Upon testing the hard drives I found that two of the hard drives out of six were dead and should not have been sold. I texted and emailed Mr. [redacted] about my dissatisfaction and told him that he has taken advantage of me. [redacted] did not respond back and intentionally did not pick up the phone.

I have all the documents, advertisement and correspondence with [redacted] and can share if needed.Desired Settlement: Mr. [redacted] committed fraud and misrepresentation. I want [redacted] to formally apologize for the dishonorable and fraudulent transaction and refund $150 ($75 x 2) for the two dead hard drives that he sold me and that are of absolutely no use to me.

Review: I recived a breach of contract and I was contacted by Frank from ugotfico so I decided to go in for appointment and there I wwas promised my problem with credit card will go away if I join by Frank he first told me to pay $1500 the next day he was requesting $2000 so I took his word because he said If they failed to help me I would get a refund months went by and I kept calling emailing for updates and I would always get the run around by telling me frank is always in meetings and manager kept telling me to email her and she would fix it but nothing was done now I'm getting calls from the same creditor that I was promised / guarantee by Frank from ugotfico and I keep getting no response to my phone calls and or emails I also have gotten calls from ugotfico and other so claimed attorneys requesting more money from me. This has been going on for over 8 months and still have gotten any response or solution from anybody at ugotficoDesired Settlement: I want ugotfico to refund my money since they lied and took my momey and didn't honer their promise.
