a few other imcomplete jobs.We are a second chance organization So, yes we do have individuals who have criminal backgrounds However; there were not individuals with sexual criminal backgrounds If so you would have been informed.When you informed me of complaints I was right there correcting the problemThere was specific time in particular, when the carpenter layer didn't remove old padding I was very upset with him and asked him to correct the complaint As far as individuals not cleaning up behind themselvesThey were aware of procedure However; workers don't always do as instructed All I can say is I apoligizeI'm sorry that they didn't follow protocol.As for as scheduling we went over estimated time for the job contracted Because I was trying to do extra projects that you wanted done I should have actually waited until our contracted job was completed Before doing jobs for you that were not in the contract that you were not charged forThat's on me However; based on our conversations about job progress I was given the impression that you were satisfied Even up until the last payment of $800.00.You were referred by a person who is a friend After working with you for awhile you two had become a friendUp until the last week or so you appeared to be satisfied with the job that we were doing and referred to specific things that you were really impressed with and happy with the work On a personal note I am truly sorry that you were not totaly satisfied I have no desire to argue or debate the issues with you. As for the money you are requestingWhen we last talked you had said that you would like to have a $return I see on the Complaint form that you have asked me for $1,I'm willing to pay it However; I won't be able to just write you out a check *** But, the account will be settled as soon as possible.
