I am rejecting this response because:
Again, I have spoken directly with the manufacturer which is located in my metro areaThey have advised me that the air hockey table has a one-year warranty and the merchant should not be trying to solicit payment for any replacement parts and/or repairs under any circumstancesThey have stated that the merchant simply needs to contact them to initiate a warranty claimThe merchant continues to ignore and defy this, which is unacceptable and will not be toleratedMy initial claim and desired resolution remain unchanged and will do so until this is resolved to my satisfaction

I don't know if the customer has their order confused with something else since this representation of their order with us does not make much senseWe do not have a Judy or a Joanne and the shipping on their order is 13.09, which HAS been refunded.In regards to this order, our shipping
policy is 3-business days and we received no explanation of the delay from our shipping warehouse as to why this order was not fulfilled within that time frameWe apologized to the customer for not have concrete information as to why this happened in both the call 7/and 7/On 22-Jul-2015, the customer spoke to Darlene for statusThe order shipped via *** tracking *** on 27-Jul-On 30-Jul-2015, the customer called back and spoke to Jenna, during that call the customer became irate and cursed at our rep, they demanded a manager and the call was sent to Toniann's voicemail, since she was not availableShe did not leave a VMThe customer called back thirty minutes later and spoke to Martin in sales, who transferred the customer back to customer service since the order shipped sales could not assist the customerThe customer then spoke to John, who gave the call to Toniann, one of our customer service managers who spoke to the customer and provided their shipping refund for the unexpected delay.The item is schedule for delivery, 8/4/2015.Thank you for the opportunity to represent the facts of this issue

If the customer has filed a credit card dispute with *** we can not assist through the Revdex.comHowever, the customers option with us is that we can send them the mirror; however, the dresser was delivered via freight and was signed for free and clear of damageTherefore we will not be

advertising but clearly they received what was orderedWe will be unable to send the customer any more items, as there was no error on the seller part on this order.At this time, as a courtesy, I will grant the customer a refund of their item cost and they may keep the folders which they ordered.We consider this issue resolved to the best of our ability.Thank you

I have had a nightmare of an experience dealing with Unbeatable Sale.comI placed my order and was told the item would ship in 3-business days Two full weeks later I still did not have the itemWhen I investigated with the shipping company *** informed me that the item had made it to Chicago but would not be delivered to me because they had not received payment for shipping from UnbeatableThrough the whole process I spoke with *** who was always kind but never helpfulHer supervisor *** was completely unhelpful and she lied to me about refunding me 10%

I am rejecting this response because:
When I made the original complaint on 6/17, it was because I thought the item was solar and it was notHowever, I decided to keep the item anywayThen, on July 27, one of the jars stopped lightingThat is when I made my subsequent complaint and was told I was outside the day return policy and nothing could be doneWhen I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was then told they would exchange the item for a % restocking fee plus shipping, ONLY IF the item was in its original box with all packing materialsWho saves all that stuff days after having an item? And besides that, once I pay a % restocking fee plus shipping, I may as well buy a new jar! In the interest of good customer service, they should replace the defective item at their expense even if it was days past the warranty

As previously stated this business falsely advertised a product stating unbeatable deal best pricing This business did not disclose that this would be shipped from *** *** or any other outside supplier Under the consumer advertising act

The Endorsement Guides also state that if there is a connection between the endorser and the marketer of a product that would affect how people evaluate the endorsement, it should bedisclosed The Guides are not regulations, and so there are no civil penalties associated with themBut if advertisers don’t follow the guides, the FTC may decide to investigate whether the practices are unfair or deceptive under the FTC ActThis company did not disclose that this product would be shipped from *** *** company or outside supplier therefore they mislead my purchase as if they would have stated this I would not have purchased this product therefore no need for return Being that this company falsely represented this product they should subject to paying for return shipment as well as paying for full refund or penalty given by the Federal Trade CommissionWe stand by our decision and would like a prepaid label as well as full refund*** ***
