I just finished re-financing my primary residence with United Mutual FundingErica the MLO was very upfront about everything I would need while going through the processMelanie, the loan processor, was extremely helpful and positive throughout the processShe always kept me informed of what was needed and as soon as I got her the paperwork requested we were always immediately on to the next stop in the processI own a few investment properties and with the current rates this company is offering I cannot wait to refinance those propertiesErica and her team are top notch! a co-worker of mine recommended this firm for my new home purchase. I was pleased with the speed at which they locked my rate and started the loan process. it all happened with about an hour. My wife and I shopped for two months for our new home loan with other lenders and they beat the rates of other lenders by .25% to .375% of a point which is a big deal on a 417K loan. My loan officer said we would meet my closing date which was only 3 weeks away at that point and they had my closing documents at the title company 3 days before closing. I'm not sure exactly what direct lender means but it seems they have more control over the money and the process. We are all moved in and I am certainly satisfied with my decision to use them. Thank you guys.
I purchased a large patio and a water fall to be built in my back yard. I would not use Procare service again . They never would send anyone out on repairs or warrenty work.Call the company and would be promised that someone would retire my call waited for over a month then paid another company to fix and repair. Be careful if you are using this company .They hire crews to do the work and do not have their own crews.

I came by today and cleaned up the area that we talked about when I was at your house last...
week. I filled in the holes next to the screen room like you asked. I have ordered a pallet of sod to match(as close as possible) to what you have in the yard and it will be in on Friday. Once in I will come out and place the sod. This will correct all the issues you had told me about.
As for as exchanging a Smoker/grill for the issues as you have requested, I'm sorry but we will not be able to do that.

In response to the complaint made by [redacted]. He asked for a Lien of Waver form to be sent to him once the job was completed. The customer even brought in a black form for me to feel out. I didn't get it filled out and sent back to the Customer in a timely manner.

office here but that is no excuse. This morning I filled out the form and had it signed by a notary and emailed to Mr [redacted]. I called the customer and apologized to him this morning and he seemed to be grateful for that.

PS, After speaking with our Project Manager who has 40 plus yrs of experience he has never been asked for this form on the Residential side.
I started working with this bank because they had really good rates. I refinanced 2 properties with them and later on worked on the purchase of another one. My loan officer (Patrick) and later on the loan processor (Melanie) worked very fast during the first stages of the loan. However, once the loan goes to the underwriter, they will take forever and a day to come back with a clear to close. They "work" on the case for days and then come back and ask for things that should have been noticed on the first day, which tells you they were doing nothing with your loan up to that point. It took me about 10 days to complete the refinance and I have been waiting for more almost that long to complete my purchase now and it appears it will take at least 3 more days. I have been responding to all their requests for info within minutes. But still, I have missed all the expected closing dates I've had.
