Review: I received a call on 7/30/13 from [redacted] 267-572-2111 at United Revenue Collection Service stating that I owe an unpaid balance to my dentist's office. This was the first time that I was made aware that I had an unpaid balance from services that I had done a year ago. I explained to **. [redacted] that I would like to speak with my dentist's office first before I committ to making a payment. He just kept talking over me & didn't give me a chance to explain & then hung up on me. I'm pretty sure he said that I have until this Friday 8/2/13 to make the payment. Which is completely unreasonable as I have no clue what is going on yet.Desired Settlement: This company needs to receive a phone call from the Revdex.com advsing them that I's rather deal with my dental office than the collection company.
