This Client was a 203k Loan project The scope of Work was to Check for leaks in Plumbing Remove Downspouts, and Demo and Replace Rear Patio, Repair Wood Trim at Base of his Patio Door, and Repair a Loose Downspout Once he had water service connected leaks were detected behind shower walls in bathroom Cpvc plumbing pipe was not winterized correctly and the pipes burst I called home owner toexplian that my contract does not include repair drywall but I would repair leaksThey said go ahead and repair leaks After repairs were completed that sent me a cease work request and refused to pay for work completed Concrete alone was He refused to pay for work They have my address and email and no check for repairs has ever been seen I am the one that should be filing a lien against them I am licensed bonded and insured and if there was any issues with this they could have contacted my insurance company They received all this paperwork
