Revdex.com: This customer was immediately contacted and the misunderstanding was immediately resolvedThere were a couple of mistakes on our part that occurred however, the biggest problem is that we thought the packaged had been delivered because the post office said it was deliveredThe problem is that the customer had a change of address which we mistakingly miskeyed thus the package was delivered to the wrong addressWe apologized to the customer, gave her a full refund and even offered to write a check and/or gift card in excess of original costs to make up for the inconvenienceThe customer was going to going to the address (the typo address) to see if she could claim her productI think for the most part, the customer has hopefully accepted our apology and been compensated for any excess stress, communication and out of pocket expenses plus a little more We hope we have resolved this and if there's anything further we can doWe will Thanks [redacted]
