Laboratory charges were not fully disclosed during the time of purchase.
On March 12th 2013 I went in to get a Laboratory test at Family Care Medical Center for medical clearance to be a volunteer in the Peace Corps. I was told the total amount would be $128.25 I asked if this was the only payment since I had a strict budget and they told me it was and that I was all set. I then proceeded to pay with my mother's credit card. I received a bill from [redacted] for $404.56 on March 16th, I was confused as to what the bill was because I have never heard of [redacted] had sent some of my lab specimens to be processed at [redacted], a third party, without my knowledge and to charge me without my knowledge.
