Your actions of harassing our office and threatening our employees after we have done the work that we were retained to do, is what led to the Cease and Desist order sent to youWe will not tolerate that behavior after our firm successfully helped you out of your timeshare account/contract as promised

The initial Retainer for legal services includes the attorney work on the file, this does not include debt from owner on the timeshare ownershipWe are not responsible for debt on their timeshare account.

Dear Client, As mentioned before, there is a settlement in place, the settlement terms are set and cannot be changedHowever, due to the amount of clients there is going to be some wait while all documents are being processed We ask that you be patient and continue on the settlement track with our firm, or you can send us a written request for a refund on the remaining funds from your retainer

I received a small postcard in the mail from US Consumers Attorneys I filed it away not really paying it no mind the first time I read their business number my first reaction was I didn't trust their business I thought it was a scammer Then years later I found the card again and was ready to give anything a try just to get out of this timeshare that was leaving me broke I gave them a call and decided to put my trust in these lawyers they said the cost of the process and the attorneys said it would take more or less several months maybe a year I said I was willing to take this risk sent them my paperwork they processed it and before you know it I was timeshare free The experience I had with the lawyers was very relieving to know I was out of this burdensome contract that I thought would never end I feel very grateful to know that what they promised me came true and that I don't have to make not one more payment to the timeshare I was contracted to Thank you US Consumers Attorneys
