BBB spoke with Kenny from the business. The business is willing and able to go back to this consumer's home to address the concerns still lingering. The customer just needs to call and set up an appointment to get them back out there to continue to address these concerns.

Review: We have squirrels in our attic. We had the company come out to give us an estimate and perform the service. Kenny was the technician that came out. He said that we have flying squirrels and grey squirrels which is two different fees. He put the traps up for the flying squirrels and was suppose to come back to take them down and put up the traps for the grey squirrels. The service occurred on 2-4-16 and we have had no contact from the company. Kenny said he would return the following Monday but never did. We have called and left several messages and wrote an email , all with no response .Desired Settlement: At this point we are requesting a refund of $725.00 which is what we paid for the removal of both animals , since that has not occurred.

Review: I hired this company on 5/24/16 and paid the company in full. The job involved two trips to my house to finish the job. The company never come back. I called many times and the guy always said he would come back when he had the time. two month later, he still not coming back to finish his job.
