Complaint[redacted] built my home with a one year warrantee. He did not repair or replace things throughout that year January 2013-2014 and still has not. I contracted [redacted] to build my house in July of 2012 and he estimated 90 days to build it and it was completed in January of 2013 approximately twice the time and there were many small details not taken care of at that point. He offers a one year warrantee and promised to fix all the small things along with issues near the end of the year so that it is all completed at once but did not fix anything except an urgent leak and water damage to the wood floor. At the end of the year we sat down and went over my list and he said he would start the repair the following week and return my wheel barrel that he had taken so I paid him for all upgrades and extra. It has been 18 months and in spite of multiple contacts made by me and promises made by him, not one thing has been repaired or one piece of replacement material been delivered that he promised. I did a review online after waiting a year and he stopped taking my calls and would not return my texts in retaliation to my negative review. I recently went to his place of business looking for him and after leaving messages for him and after I texted that I was going to file complaints with the Revdex.com. He responded June 12, 2015 promising he would finish the work. He has made promises to complete the work "next week" for more than two months this time and after multiple messages and texts he texted me in July that he would call me "next week" and did not. As of August 17, 2015 nothing has been done and he has not contacted me at all.Desired SettlementThe following is a list of incomplete issues that were covered under the one year warrantee but have not been addressed: He was to deliver the following material; A box of heavy thickness vinyl siding to replaced pieces that have already warped severely. Wood flooring pieces left from the job to replace any additional ones found bad that were not replaced after water damage occurred. Several boards have gaps between the ends that a filler was supposed to be used on to correct but was not done.Tile grout and sealant to fill missed areas and repair cracks from settling.Cabinet pens to fix scratches and damage done during installation.He was to fix the following issues:Front porch support casings are rotting and falling apart and he was supposed to replace them with a different material.Front yard flooding from improper drainage, excavating and sod replacement.Hole in the garage concrete was supposed to be filled in approximately 4"x6".Paint around door and crown molding that was missed and repair cracked crown molding.
