Review: Recieved sales pitch for vacation package in evening with 3 day right to rescind. Two days later attempted visit to reported "new luxurious offices - they wsere a PO Box. Attempted to phone - finally got an answer from a very cranky woman who wasn't sure of what company I was trying to reach and after some time finally said "Oh yea ' this is the place" but no one is here." Looked up the Revdex.com rating on thier billing company - it was an "F". Sent registered mail rescission via registered mail on that second day. Contract reads 3 business days after signing of agreement. Notable is that the computer printing the contract put date of August 7 - and the clerk signing the contract wrote in August 8. In either event - the letter was sent and recorded on Saturday, August 8th and was certified received by them on Monday 11th - still less than 3 business days after the date of the contract with the letter being sent certified on August 8th - one day after the computer generated date of contract and 2 days after the clerks "hand written date".The company - still submitted the credit card charge to my bank - even one full day after they received the certified letter of rescission. 7 weeks later - they have still not notified the bank of their dishonest CC submission.Our costs and loss exceeds the contract amount in time and fuel to drive from Alpine California to Ocean Beachand back during their advertised open business hours only to discover that their "new Luxury Office" - is a PO Box. Our phoning discovered that the person answering the phone - didn't even remember that their phone number was supposed to be a business. We took the time to write a certified letter and drive to a post office open on Saturdays - and paid $22.24 for certified mailing. The cost and loss resulting from this blatantly dishonest "company" has far exceeded its contract amount being considered - not just to my wife and I - but also to our bank and now to the Revdex.com for record to others who hopefully won't be taken by them.Desired Settlement: A simple apology and an honest disclosure to our bank and some offer of reimbursement for the additional costs and losses we have incurred as a result of their dishonesty.

Review: We signed a contract with the company in question on 4/8/15. Upon researching the company, we found nothing but very bad reviews. Therefore, the next day we rescinded the agreement exactly in accordance with the contract information. Our rescission letter was received. We have the signed returned receipt. We received an email from the company acknowledging our desire to cancel and saying we could change our mind about our decision. We contacted our local agent, [redacted] (925-[redacted]), and told him to go ahead with the cancellation. [redacted] keeps telling us on the phone and by email that the amount of $4,274 will be credited to our Visa right away. It is now June 1 and nothing has happened. There is no email or number to access the person he keeps saying is responsible for issuing the credit. The last time we talked, he said he would give us her direct number. Thus far, this has not transpired. We have now paid $61.85 on our outstanding Visa balance. All we are interested in is getting our money credited.
