Review: We appreciate this opportunity to rectify this situation . My first complaint against Vacationer is lack of on site security . 2) The RV park rules are never enforced : People are being allowed to park in Fire Lanes , which is a big concern for us in case we need emergency services . Most of the tenants are section 8 or low income family's . Most of the tenants are being allowed to have more than the allotted vehicles in their spot . People have dog pens in their rented spots , so they park in the fire lanes . The waste management is a big problem , most of the tenants dig through the trash dumpsters for food and recyclables , that needs to stop or be monitored . There is also a guy who collects trash from abandon houses , he brings in health hazards , ck roaches , bed bugs to this RV park and uses their rented spot to sort through old mattresses and house hold belongings from the dump //// IT'S a HEALTH hazard , I have made at least a dozen complaints about the trash , cleanliness , lack of security , lack of on site management , parking etc. Today again , Tried going to office ( [redacted] ) with Management said she was aware of these on going issues , BUT the manager Christine won't do anything !, She was nice enough to take my phone number and have general manager give me a call ! Guess what / No call from management !! We are hoping that the Revdex.com can get this resolved - So we don't have to file litigation against this company , in which we have over 100 photos ! We have also filed a complaint with Good Sam , to try and get Sun land RV Parks removed from Good Sam accreditation . Thank you in advance , [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to see this park cleaned up . Sun land to hire on site security , to enforce park rules , Full time . Sun land to refund a percentage of rents paid by me . Enforce parking rules . Enforce storage rules . Make all tenants with pets must provide current insurance and registrations . Their are viscous dogs being allowed to run free and reside here ( Pit Bulls ) that is an accident waiting to happen , their are numerous kids around here , and their safety is at risk !

As of 10/15/2013 I have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] addressing his concerns, I have assured him that I would be addressing each one of his concerns and that they would be rectified in the proper manner. I have updated Mr. [redacted] through the process and have also given him my cell number so he could personally get a hold of me if he was experiencing any issues.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint (partially) resolved. I am very concerned about the Pit bulls , and uninsured vehicles on premises . I would like to thank the manager , and staff that have worked hard up to this point to satisfy my concerns . There is still a few things that need to be resolved , but on the most part , things are getting better .

I have complained in the past about : Vacationer Rv Park , There was a dog attack again last week against an elderly man . The manager of the park (did not remove dog ) Also I have complained about people digging in the dumpsters for food , that is a health issue . I have complained about all the illegal structures attached to RVs . Broken down RVs , unregistered Rvs , people living without hot water and toilet facilities . The management does not address these issues / they allow people to violate the park rules daily . Most of the old RV are not registered of insured . Please remove all the pit bulls on site . I have filed a complaint with Building safety in El Cajon . Filed a complaint with Health and safety , and health department . Regards [redacted]

This business refuses to follow city laws and zoning requirements . They put guests in danger of viscous dogs . They allow people to build un safe structures . They allow there guests to dig in dumpsters . They park in fire lane . Most tennants don't have running water or bathrooms . The manager refuses to take action on these people for fear she will loose renters , but fact of the matter is they don't follow local laws for scavenging and housing laws . I have tried repeatedly to contact GM ?
