They are using their website to lure people into their business by making them think they are buying tickets for shows online. You are buying a voucher to take to each show to get a actual ticket. The voucher could be emailed to you but they won't allow that so you have to drive to their store to pick up the voucher so they can try to upsale you into buying more from them or viewing a time share. Big hassle and still didn't get the tickets I bought.

They do not easily disclose the pricing per person to the events they market nor do they offer full refunds. I called to get a refund on a purchase with 24 of booking and more than 7 days out from the event and they would not offer a full refund, only 75% which was again not disclosed prior to providing CC info

I have just returned from a trip to Nashville Tenneesee. All the arrangements were made through Vacations Made Easy. The hotel we chose, the tickets ordered for shows and bus tours were exactly what I ordered and promptly delivered to my email. I printed off the vouchers as instructed and the trip went flawlessly. I would recommend this company to make arrangements.

I ordered tickets to the Grand Ole Opry. I attempted to click on a section and paid for the show. We got on the road to drive 7 hours and within 20 minutes someone from Vacationsmadeeasy called to say that the show was sold out and asked if I would move to the 9:30P showtime. I stated that I would if I had the same section number and the salesperson confirmed and stated that I could check my seat on an email. I did not receive an email by the following day (showtime) and called to verify seats which were 2 sections further back. I did not want those and called the 1-800 number to ask for a switch in the seats, of which, they could not do because the show was sold out. So, I asked for a refund, of which, I could not get because the sale is non-refundable. I drove to the Grand Ole Opry to settle the problem and the manager would not discuss my concerns because they "do not deal with vacationsmade easy sales because of the problems". The salesperson stated that VME doesn't even have access to the seats up front. After 4 phone calls and 45 minutes on the phone with a "supervisor", she offers $50 (April). So, at this point, I don't believe her at all!!! If they are non-refundable the first 3 phone calls, how can they be refundable now? I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK. FINALLY, AFTER BEING PATIENT AND NEVER CURSING OR RAISING MY VOICE, she refunded ALL of the money. I still have YET to receive an email from them!!! Go directly to Grand Ole Opry to buy your tickets.

Never even finished confirming the sale online. Double checked will call that day, and no tickets were sent. The only transaction that took place was billing me for absolutely no service. This is a hack company. Scam business. $150 charged to me just for looking at their website. I was suspicious while beginning the purchase process, but it was quickly too late. I will make a complaint with the Revdex.com, and to all local PR reps for the businesses they claim to service.

It started on our arrival at the [redacted] Resort and Spa. I showed my reservation code from Vacations Made Easy. Upon requesting the driver's license, the clerk wanted an additional [redacted] for an amenity fee (wifi, running water, in-room safe, Fitness Center, TV's etc) This is a bull [redacted] blood money fee. We're not cheap, but used to staying in the resorts in Florida and about every one in Myrtle Beach. Tell me about it Up FRONT! I don't like surprises. THEN, they wanted to bang my card for an additional [redacted] security deposit?? Who comes up with this [redacted]? It's refundable after a legal float of two weeks. No sooner do they confirm our reservation then they turn us over to an amateur time share salesperson who tells us the water park closed at 5pm instead of remaining open as it was slow and closed based on occupancy! Really nice!!!!! They mentioned that Spring Break was over. I told them maybe YOURS is but not the Spring Break my school teacher wife is on! But wait, it gets even bett

My agent was Samantha. She was really sweet and helpful to me. She is quick and very efficient dealing with what I needed. We had a very good time at the dinner show she booked for my family.

We took our 2 sons and 4 grandsons to Branson MO for 4 days. Booked 2 shows and hotel through Vacations Made Easy. Easy is definitely NOT the word I would use for this company. Not only do you wait on hold for an eternity with any type of question but what you get by supposedly prepaying and pre planning through them is a total waste of time. For all of the things that we thought we were paying extra for in regards to seating at our shows for preferred sections was a downright lie. When we arrived at our shows we were told that this company has no rights or ability to sell preferred seating. So we ended up in a higher seating area that was not at all what we wanted for our grandsons and we had paid extra for (with no refund). At [redacted] our voucher didn't work so [redacted] had to take the time to print out 8 tickets for us-which not only held up the line for everyone behind us but also required us to have to deal with [redacted] and verify our information etc. Thankfully they were very kind! For what we thought would be a very organized and relaxing time for all of us turned out to be a lot more stressful due to all of the hassles of going through Vacations Made Easy. We travel frequently and have dealt with many travel companies for advance tickets, reservations, etc. and can honestly say, stay away from dealing with them!!

I booked a dinner at the [redacted] & [redacted] and was not able to travel ... I tried a month in advance to cancel my visit and got a total run around.. nothing in ANY info given to me at the time of booking was indicated that it would be non-refundable or changeable?? And now am waiting on a supervisor to return my call...????

I just had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company and I am telling you NEVER use their service unless you like throwing your money away. I called 12 days before my scheduled event to cancel and the only way you can get a full refund is on a gift card. Because I very seldom travel I did not want a gift card I wanted my money returned to the credit card I paid with but if you ask for the refund THEY WILL ONLY REFUND YOU 75%. I checked the website where I booked my event and the confirmation that I received and I see NOTHING about them keeping 25% of my money if I ask for a refund. WHAT A RIP-OF!

We had a very disappointing and costly experience with VME. They made hotel reservations in Nashville for us and it wasn't until we stayed at the hotel, that we discovered VME had charged us double the hotel rate. Upon returning home, we called VME but they said this was their fee for getting us a guaranteed booking and that no refunds can be given.

I just made a reservation, and I'd have to call the experience unprofessional. I am making a reservation for the "General Jackson dinner cruise" in Nashville about two weeks in advance. As the reservation is contingent upon business travel plans, I naturally asked about the cancellation policy. I would have expected a 24 or 48 hour policy to be somewhat in line with similar establishments.

Purchases are charged at the time the reservation is made, not when fulfilled, and are non-refundable. Not being from that area, I don't know if there are other means to buy tickets for this attraction, but if there are, I would recommend using those alternatives.

I tried to enter a review on the business' own web page, but the page did not work, failing to show the verification code at the bottom of the page.

a scam operation! Wrong weekend booked but they will not reschedule or refund.

Watch the bate and switch, reserved room and was going to be put into lesser value room upon arrival. Found out by confirming a late check-in. Upon notification to Vacations Made Easy they stated all the upgraded rooms were sold out and they could either change hotels or put me in the lesser value room. Do to being dissatisfied with the first hotel, I changed hotels, but they charged me a service fee. This was their mistake and I should not have been charged any fee at all. Contacted them and they would not rethink their fee. In summary two issues; the bate and switch room and two the service fee they charged.

BEWARE!!!! There is NO WAY I would ever have further dealings with this company! They are an absolute scam! I thought I was on the hotel's web site when it was actually Vacations Made Easy. I booked a room thinking I was on the hotel's website and it was only after I paid and was looking for the confirmation that I realized it was not the hotel. It stated that I would be sent a voucher in 72 hours. I would never knowingly book a hotel though a third party when, as I found out by calling the hotel directly, their rates for the exact same room are way more expensive than the hotel's actual rates. $[redacted] more per night to be exact. I immediately called to cancel and they were closed. I called the next morning as soon as they opened. I spoke to [redacted] and was told sorry I was out of luck. I could have a gift certificate or have 75% refunded. That just didn't make any since to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor. [redacted] who was the supervisor told me the same thing. I explained the situation and told her I was not even aware that I was on their web site. She said yes that she knew that it was confusing but still refused to credit me. I just hope that by posting this I can save someone the mistake of dealing with these people. They have absolutely no ethics and are knowingly cheating people.

Horrible experience with this company. They messed up EVERY reservation. It started with events I reserved that they tried to book for the day I was arriving and ended with them putting me in a condo that was not what I reserved. I reserved the Majestic at table Rock and they put me at a golf resort. I don't golf. They were unable to fix it. And all they could offer me was a refund or courtesy discount. I canceled and booked my own hotel. Horrible horrible horrible company. After an eight hour drive with a 6 and 4- year old, I had to add on 2 more hours of fixing their mess.

I purchased available seat for a dinner on a boat and recieved a phone call a day before my dinner to inform my that there's no more seats for me and someone before me got them. Now I'm waiting days for my money to he returned though they took it the second I submit my card number..... My anniversary was pretty well ruined!

We bought tickets to Grand Ole Opry through this web site. An ice storm hit the area that day so the Opry was refunding tickets. Because we booked through a third party we were told to go back to Vacations Made Easy. They told me they would look into it and call back. I never heard from them again. In the future I would not use this third party booking agent, I was redirected to them when I tried to buy tickets on line. If I had bought directly I could have gotten tickets for another night ,instead I'm out $[redacted].

Review: Good Afternoon, my complaint is with vacationsmadeeasy.com due to a false advertisement on the website. I booked a hotel room for 2 nights at a [redacted] located on [redacted] that claimed to have a fitness center. Due to my job in the military I am required to stay in good physical condition, and that is why I picked a hotel that offered such amenities. When I arrived at the hotel it was not a [redacted] but an [redacted] and did not have a fitness center provided. When I asked for a reimbursement I was refused and was instead told by the business that I would compensated 15 dollars a day for the 2 nights there due to a lack of a fitness center. I found this unacceptable as I did not get what I paid for and explained to a customer advocate by the name of [redacted] that I would be reporting this to the Revdex.com as well as speaking with a lawyer in concern with this. They also blocked my number from calling back to the company, and I only called once and was not rude or say anything derogatory so I do not understand why I was blocked. Nothing else follows.Desired Settlement: I wish to see that this business does better in the future with keeping its website from being misleading and that I receive an apology and a full refund for my grievances.
