Review: A central vac power unit was purchased from Incredivac Cleaning Solutions through [redacted]. The product was received but wasn't needed. The product was never opened or taken out of the box. Contacted Incredivac Cleaning Solutions through email about returning the product. Incredivac Cleaning Solutions said that it wasn't a problem. Returned it through [redacted] to the address Incredivac Cleaning Solutions gave. Tracked the package. The package arrived and was signed by someone at Incredivac Cleaning Solutions. They have yet to refund the money on something that was returned 7 months ago. I've been able to get in touch with them once about the issue. I Was given a bogus number to call them back on to straighten things out. When I've called the original number I was either told it was a hair salon or hung up on.Desired Settlement: $399.99

Review: I ordered a Windsor Sensor xp15 vacuum cleaner fro [redacted] on April **, 2013. On May [redacted], I received an email from the company stating they didn't have my vacuum and I could get an upgrade for the same price. I emailed them back and told them ok. On May [redacted], I sent them another email asking when the product would come and what model they would send me. I never received a reply. On [redacted] I received a vacuum and this was not an upgrade of the Windsor vacuum. Also the vacuum I received is broken. The vacuum doesn't have any name on it and it is all black and looks generic. This certainly isn't an upgrade of the Windsor Vacuum. I then emailed them again to return this vacuum, and still no reponse. I have tried to call the company many times from May ** to present. I would estimate around 40 plus times. I only get an answering machine. On May [redacted] I finally received a real person on the phone and they told me they would email me a return ticket so I could send the vacuum back. I never received the email. I call again on June [redacted] and they told me again they would send me and email so I could return the vaccum, this time they told me to call back in 15 minutes if I didn't receive an email and I should talk to [redacted], still no email. I called back many times and I still am calling and only get the machine.All I would like to do is send this vacuum back and get my money back.Also, I don't believe this company is a dealer in Windsor Vacuums.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the broken vacuum and get a 100% refund.
