they replied to me by email and they are sending me a new motor for my hoover steam vac they said they where sorry for not settling sooner

I ordered the wrong part by mistake and I immediately requested a cancelation of the order. They totally ignored my e-mails. They don't provide a phone number just an e-mail address that nobody answers. Now, if I want to returned this part they will deduct shipping and handling plus a 10% in robbery fees. I am definitely not going to order the correct part from them.

Review: I ordered a part for my mother's shampooer, recieved the part and it is the wrong part. I have sent numerous emails, made numerous calls and no one will return my emails or answer the phone to help me with this matter but it states I only had 30 days to return the product. I have no clue where to mail it to or what to do in the circumstance and can not get any customer service to help.Desired Settlement: I would either like the part I need or a refund

Review: I purchased a hoover steam vac motor,and when I received it a piece was broke on it ,and I want to send it back for another one,but the postal service advised me not to until I contacted vacuumpartsouce and I have, called the number listed on their site and also emailed them several times with no response at all ,and all I want is them to replace this broke motor with another one that's all.Desired Settlement: All I want is for them to contact me by phone or email so I can send this broke motor back and get another one in it's place.

Review: I ordered a part for our Hoover Steam Vac on or around Sept. **. The money was debited from my bank account that day. The amount was $44.95. They gave me a tracking number with the [redacted]. This tracking showed delivery to [redacted], California. I called and left many, many messages for a guy named [redacted] in Customer Service. I tried to email with no success. So I'm out the money, no part to run our steamvac. My husband has [redacted] so keeping the carpets clean are very important. I am at a loss as how to resolve this issue. Can you help ? I could not wait for the part any longer, so I ordered it from [redacted]. I got the part 3 days later. AS I no longer need the part, I want my money back from this company I hope you can help. Thank You, [redacted]Desired Settlement: $44.95. This is what I paid. This is what is due to me from this company.

Review: On April **,2015 I ordered a vacuum part from this online retailer. After 7 days of no communication I emailed the company (no phone number listed on website) to follow up to see when order would be shipped. WWebsite claims orders should be received within 8 days. I never received any response, emailed two more times on different dates and never received any response back. At that time in both emails I requested a full refund and informed them I would be reporting to the Revdex.com.They have already been paid for the product on 4/**/15 in the amount of $8.98.Desired Settlement: I want a FULL refund in the amount of $8.98.
