Ordered vacuum bags October 25, 2018. Website reads to expect shipping in 4-6 days. Today is November 13 (19 days later) and no delivery. Sent email to address on website; [email protected]. Email returned with notification of unknown address. Called number on website 1-800-822-7043, no answer and mailbox full.

Superior Window Cleaning did a great job cleaning our gutters. They have never been cleaned in the 28 years that we lived here. Steve personally came out and did the work. He was reasonably priced and very friendly. He even suggested ways to improve the exterior of my home. He had my best interest at heart. and was honest. I would recommend Superior Window Cleaning to anyone. They were prompt, friendly, reasonably priced, helpful, and honest.

Review: On 11/29/2010 I went into [redacted] Store in [redacted], CA. and they assisted me to purchase an '[redacted] Gen4" heater for $429.76

This was purchased from a Retailer by the name of "Go Vacuum.com / ###-###-####. online.

I was really happy with this heater, and it came with a 5-year warranty. I also "Registered" my heater at Resource Partners Enterprises, LLC / ###-###-####.

On 4/8/2011 my heater wouldn't heat up, so I called Go Vacuum at the number listed above and they advised me they were sending me a shipping label and I could send the heater to [redacted] Hardware for repair. (Phone is ###-###-####.)

I received my heater back on 4/15/2011 and it worked perfectly until 9/27/2013, and the heater wouldn't heat up again.

I emailed Go Vacuum 3 times with no response on 9/25/2013 and 9/247/2013 and 10/1/2013. Then on I called and finally spoke to a live person because my complaint tickets had been closed and I never heard anything from them. I was told by [redacted] Ext. 105 at Go Vacuum that they don't even sell that product anymore, and they weren't going to stand behind their "Satisfaction Guarantee" and the "Warranty" I filed.

I called [redacted] (###-###-####) to try to get my heater Serviced but was told by them that because they hadn't sold me the item, they had no information about my purchase, and I would have to go through the "Go Vacuum" to get my heater repaired.

I am now at a loss and have a broken heater that is supposed to be warrantied for 5 years, but nobody will honor the warranty.

PLEASE HELP.Desired Settlement: All I want is to have my heater fixed as the 5-Year Warranty states.

If that isn't possible:

I would like a refund of my purchase price of $429.76, so I can go and get a new [redacted] Heater from the actual "[redacted]" store, so I can track where my warranty would be coming from.

At the time of purchase our company GoVacuum was an authorized [redacted] dealer. [redacted] the manufacture offers the 5 year warranty NOT GoVacuum. You have an issue with them, not us! We are just a retailer. If you purchase a product from [redacted] they are not responsible for the warranty, the manufacture is. Same case here.

Review: I spoke with [redacted] at ###-###-#### and explained that I ordered, and paid for, the wrong vacuum bags. He sent me a mailing label to return the bags in September. I have a copy of the mailing label. I have never received the correct 2 packages of bags for my Riccar 1500S canister vacuum. I have left several calls and several e-mail messages and have never received a response. I can produce a copy of my credit card statement which verifies that I paid GoVacuum for the original bags. It was through my [redacted] account.Desired Settlement: I would like to either have my credit card refunded the amount of my original order, or I would like delivery of the correct replacement bags. I would also like this company written up to notify other consumers that their customer service is unresponsive and that this company should not be used because of their poor practices on returns/exchanges.

Review: Going through govacuum.com web-site, I ordered [redacted] RR Vaccum Cleaner Bags 9 pack with price of $55. When I click for this product(Sku [redacted])'s Produce details tab, it clearly says, 5 packages of 9 bags for a total of 45 bags.

I ordered on May 31, received relatively quickly. However, contrary to the description, package had only one package of 9 bags, lacking 4 packages. Waited for a week and nothing arrived since the original shipment.

Last week, I called customer service and the first agent was not able to correct the mistake. I was transferred to different person and I left message explaining what I was experiencing with my phone number.

I have not received any follow up calls and decided to file complaints.

Invoice#[redacted] Order#[redacted]Desired Settlement: As long as I receive the remaining 4 pakages (36 bags), I am OK. Also, GoVacuum needs to make sure not to continue this kind of produce delivery mistakes.

Review: I ordered a part based on the correct model # of my vacuum on govacuum.com. When I received the part, it would not fit. I tried twice entering information into their online help ticket to exchange for the correct part. When I was done, the web page said that I would receive an email with the ticket number. I never received those emails. I then sent an email to [email protected] for a resolution and have received no response.Desired Settlement: I can understand the wrong part being sent. People make mistakes, but bad customer service is unacceptable. I would like for them to contact me for replacement or refund.

I logged a complaint with the DC Metro Revdex.com yesterday 4/15, concerning

GoVacuum.com (Vacuums Unlimited). I apologize for not having the

complaint number, but I figured the email generated from the complaint

log would have the number on it.

I would like to withdraw the complaint. After logging the complaint,

I sent one final email to govacuum.com, stating that I had logged the

complaint with the Revdex.com. They promptly contacted me to resolve the

situation.

Review: A wrong product was shipped to me. After contacting the company's customer service representative, I returned the wrong product. I was told that product I had originally ordered would be shipped to me in a matter of a few days. I have not received the correct product for several days. So, I requested a refund. Since then, the company went silent no responding to any messages . As of now, I neither have the product nor the refund. Effectively, the company stole $130.00 from me.Desired Settlement: An apology + refund.

Review: I placed an order for replacement a Power Groom Circular Filter and Foam filter Assembly on 4/10 on [redacted] I was told that I would received an email with tracking number once item had been shipped. The expected delivery date base on the email I did receive back from [redacted]. On 4/22 I called [redacted] and they sent a message to GoVacuum to find out what was going on. 24-48 hours later, I still don't have any information from [redacted] or GoVacuum. The last rep. I talked to at GoVacuum told me that if I still haven't heard anything after 3 request for information they will refund me the money. I was given a telephone number [redacted] and no matter the time of day or night I always get the same voice mail greeting that says to leave a message and a return call can be expected with in 15 mins. I myself and a representative from [redacted] have both left messages and have not been contacted either be call or email.Desired Settlement: I just would like to have my parts...

Review: On Sunday, I ordered a vacuum online and was charged immediately. Four days later, I'm not able to connect with anybody via phone ###-###-####, and every online link to the company is disconnected.Desired Settlement: 100% refund
