Review: I HAVE PLACED SEVERAL ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THESE ITEMS AND THE ITEMS ARE ON BACK ORDER OR HAVE NO BEEN SHIPPED. SOME OF THESE ORDERS DATE BACK TO APRIL OF 2013. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES TO GET THE ORDERS CANCELLED AND THE MONEY PUT BACK ON MY CREDIT CARD. AT FIRST I GOT A RESPONSE SAYING THAT THEY WILL DO THAT. BUT AFTER A FEW WEEKS THE MONEY HAD NOT BEEN REFUNDED AND NOW THEY WILL NOT RETURN ANY OF MY EMAILS.Desired Settlement: ALL I WANT IS THE OUTSTANDING ORDERS CANCELLED ALL TOGETHER AND THE MONEY PUT BACK ONTO MY CARD.

Review: I have placed four orders through the mentioned site from September 2013 to October 2013.

Detailed orders are the following:

After one month I made a claim through the site for the first two items (11/**/2013, ticket #[redacted]-**)for which they responded were on backorder.

I made an additional claim on 12/**/13 (**-**), for which I never received a response.

I wait another month, and when I tried to contact customer service through the site, the website was down.

Now I am receiving emails from a site called hawt jewelry, which is selling the same items at wonderful prices. I do not trust the site at all.

Review: I ordered July [redacted], 2013- a leather skull handbag, cleaver necklace, silver stud bracelet and 4 free sheer nylon socks. I was told it would take awhile for processing etc. But I didn't imagine it would take 2 months for ME to get ahold of THEM to see where my stuff was. Immediately when I had ordered the money was pulled from my account. I had been sending tickets on their site back and forth with a person named [redacted]. They told me they cancelled the order and refunded my money for my purchase since the handbag was on back order, seemingly ever since I had first ordered it. Subtotal- $62.85, Shipping and Handling- $10.60, Grand total- $73.45. I had not realized in my bank statements that I did NOT get a refund until I made a second order. I ordered again November [redacted], 2013- cleaver necklace (again), dragon pearl necklace, and a tattoo machine necklace. Subtotal- $54.85, Shipping and Handling- $5.41, Grand total- $60.26. Realizing I hadn't received my refund I sent in a 2 tickets to 2 different departments on their site expressing my concerns and asking for a cancellation and a refund on my second purchase. I heard nothing the whole day or the next so I sent in 2 more to the 2 different departments. And the same for the next day. I have not gotten any contact and now the website is down? This is the most disappointing place I have ever tried to order from.Desired Settlement: I would greatly appreciate my money back, and maybe vade shop can pick up the slack and not be such a disappointing business in customer satisfaction etc. [redacted] was however very helpful in all the ticket contact but unfortunately the whole business failed me.

Review: I ordered 2 rings back in Dec of 2013... They have received my payment. I have sent them 2-3 requests as to where my order is. No response. I have also posted on their facebook page 3 times as to where my product is. No response.Desired Settlement: I would like my product delivered. Or at least an explanation as to what is going on.

Review: Placed an order 8/** and my card was charged the next day. I have contacted the store 3 times since the order was placed asking for shipping information and they will not respond at all. They should not have charged a card without shipping and should certainly respond to emails!Desired Settlement: A full refund to my credit card.

Review: I had placed an orer with VadeShop.com in July 2013. It was a total of 3 items. I paid for the items online using my debit card, which came directly out of my bank account. Well it's not June 2014 and I still have not received my order that has been paid for. I have contacted them many times via e-mail and every time I get a response of "there is an item on back order. We can refund you if you'd like." And every time I ask for a refund. I have not received a refund or my order as of 6/*/2014. I have appempted to go to their website which seems to have disappeared. I would like my money back. This is not good business and it's not fair! I paid for mulitple items and they had no problem taking my money but won't correct the issue even a year later. Please help. Review: I order a Call of Duty winter face mask from Vade Shop on November *, 2013 - After a few days I contacted them asking why it hadn't shipped, since they had already charged me the $15.07. They responded that they have a 5-10 business day processing time. It is now December [redacted] and they will not respond back to me. I have opened numerous support tickets and tried to get in touch with management but I am not hearing anything back, now the website says the certification has expired and it may have been compromised. I don't know what else to do.Desired Settlement: I would love to have my order actually shipped to me. If not, I would love a full refund. After Googling my issues, I found many more people are having the same issue.

Review: I ordered a Call of Duty: Ghosts mask for $9.95 w/2 day shipping on Nov. **. Sent email on Nov. **when no product had arrived yet. I was told by customer service that they had a 10 day fulfillment process. I sent another email on Dec. 2 when still no product had arrived. I was told that the masks were oversold and my order would be shipped as soon as new shipment arrived. Checked website yesterday, masks are still selling, listed as limited availability - they are now being sold for $19.95 however.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would like to see them out of business as I feel they are scam artists. Barring that I want the product I ordered.

Review: On October [redacted]2013, I purchased an item in their website for a total amount of 26.27 USD, as today December [redacted]I didn't receive anything nor they sent anything; also I requested a refund from them and there isn't any answer to my emails. My order was the [redacted].Desired Settlement: This site is a total scam and should be investigated for fraudulent behavior, apparently I'm not the only one who suffer for not delivered items.

Review: I ordered online on October **, 2013 a high collar jacket and paid extra for 3 day shipping. To be informed that items may not ship for 5-10 days(which was a little upsetting after I had already chose 3 day shipping) so that could be essentially 13 days. Well I waited out my 13 days and then some. At that point I kindly asked for a refund only to be questioned on my decision. Which at then I made it clear I just wanted my money back $35.80 total. That has been over 3 weeks ago with no money returned no delivery of package and no reply from vadeshop.com on what is being done.

I would just like my money back, this was a very huge hassle.

Review: I ordered and item 3 months ago for 2-day delivery and received an email that my item was ready to be shipped. Well, 3 month later, I still haven't received the item. I've been emailing Vade Shop back and forth for a month now, and still nothing. I was told that the item was out of stock and they weren't sure if they would reorder it. Then I was told that they did reorder the item but it would take two weeks. Two weeks passed and nothing was happening, so I asked for a refund. So far, no item or no refund. My ticket was closed without resolution and I'm highly upset. Their site says 100% customer satisfaction.......Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for what I paid, including tax and shipping. I don't even want the item anymore. I'm never dealing with this company again.

Review: I ordered an item on 9/**/13. I have not received this item, and have emailed their customer service people several times and keep getting the run-around. I finally asked for a refund because I was obviously not getting my item, and am getting the run-around on my refund as well. Review: I ordered a purse in July 2013. After not receiving the item for over a month, on 9/*/2013 I asked that my order be cancelled and refunded. I have not received the refund of $55.53. I have sent numerous emails to their help desk since then and have been assured over and over again that I would receive my refund. I have asked for a phone number and name of someone I can talk to but their help desk will not provide any information for me to make contact with someone. All I have is their help desk email address. I sent another email on 10/**/13 asking for a status, but no one is responding to me now. I was charged on my credit card for the order the same day. I purchased 2 items from this site over a month ago and did not hear anything back from them until I started emailing them. According to VadeShop they had over sold 1 of the items I had purchased and were expecting new ones in soon. This was over a week ago that I was told this and still have yet to see my items or get any kind of tracking information on the status of my order. They have done nothing to help in this situation: i.e. send at least my other item, and they have not given me an estimated delivery. They have already taken my money for a product that I should have had weeks ago. If they did not have the item, they should not have sold it to me.Desired Settlement: I want what I paid for and some sort of appology to myself and anyone else who may have been screwed over by there selling practices. I consider it bad business to sell something you do not have and make the buyer wait anywhere near this time frame without so much as an email as to why. I should not have had to contact them.

Review: I have made several orders with this company. Every order was late being delivered and only received after contacting customer service multiple times. My last order was not received at all. I contacted customer service and was told it would be delivered soon. I contacted them again weeks later when I still didn't receive the products to ask for a refund. My attempted contact was completely ignored and my "case" was closed by the company. Now their website is in "maintenance mode" and cannot be reached at all.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the full amount I was charged for the products I never received.

Review: I placed an order on Vade Shop's online store (vadeshop.com) — three clothing items at a total of $107.85 — on Sept. **, 2013. A couple of weeks went by and I still hadn't received a shipping notification. I could not find a phone number to call, so I used its online "help desk" to inquire about the status of my order on Oct. **. I received a response within a few hours: "I am not sure what is causing the hold up, I'll have shipping check on it so that we can figure out the issue and solve it." The person who responded did not provide his or her name. A week later, I still did not have an answer. So on Oct. **, I entered another inquire using the same "help desk" ticket. I received a response within an hour: "I don't believe it has shipped yet. I do know that we received a new shipment today which may include what we need to ship out your order, I'll check what is in it and then I'll know for sure." I was extremely frustrated by this response, since I was never informed that the items I purchased were not in stock. Another five days had passed, and I still did not receive a shipping notification or information about my order. On Oct. **, I requested (using the same "help desk" ticket form) that my order be canceled and my money be refunded. I received a response on Oct. **: "If that is what you would like to do then I can do that for you, are you sure you want to cancel your order and receive a refund?" After a bit of back and forth about whether the order would ship, the "help desk" indicated on Nov. *: "Unfortunately at this time I am still unsure of when it will ship." I responded the same day that I want my order canceled and issued a refund. The next day, on Nov. *, I received a message from the "help desk" asking if I am sure I want to cancel my order and receive a refund. I responded "Yes" immediately. I did not hear back, and I kept an eye on my bank account for a refund. On Nov. **, I asked that someone confirm the order has been canceled and I will be issued a refund. A day later, I was informed through this same "help desk" ticket that I should receive a verification email. I never received such an email (or refund), so I indicated as much on Nov. **. On Nov. **, I received the following message: "We had a bug in our system that tech has worked on and it should be fixed at this time. I have sent in another request in case the bug caused the first one to not go through." Again, I checked my bank account to look for my refund, and nothing. On Nov. ** (more than two months from placing my original order), I expressed my frustration with the company and asked again for my refund (using the same "help desk" ticket). The next day, I received a message indicating "it takes a bit for it to show up on your end after it is put through on this end." I submitted two more messages through this "help desk" ticket (on Dec. * and Dec. **) alerting the company that I have yet to be issued my refund. I received no response.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $107.85.

Review: I ordered an item online at vadeshop.com on 9/**/13. I paid for the item on that date as well. when order was placed I was informed that I would receive an email when item shipped. On 9/**sent an email to request when the item might ship. On 10/**was told that they weren't sure why it had not shipped yet.
