Review: my mother ordered bras may [redacted] I was told 2 weeks the bras will come in. every week I call im being told they are back ordered call next week. its not june [redacted] almost 2 months later. my mother paid in full. I also have a bra I wore twice and it ripped. I was told bring it in when the news one come in. I call for hours no one ever picks up the phone. the owner [redacted] called me said she would get back to me about what is going on no phone call back .Desired Settlement: I want to exchange the bra I have that ripped after wearing it 2 times and I want the bras that I paid in full stop pushing me aside I paid for my items!!!!!!

Dear [redacted],

It was a pleasure speaking with you last Friday. I was very disconcerted when I received the complaint dated June **, 2013. I have never in 22 years of business recieved a complaint from the Revdex.com.

Here are the details of this transaction. [redacted] and her mom purchased bras and ordered 3 more. Two for her mom in size [redacted] and 1 for [redacted] in size [redacted]. They were also from the same manufacturer. They were on backorder. Unfortunately, I have no control over a company's inventory and shipping department.

[redacted], in the interim, called to complain that the bra she originally purchased had ripped and I told her to bring it to my store when she picked up her order and I would have a look at it. She called a few times, and we always responded to her calls, contrary to what she wrote. Our response to her was that the bras were on backorder and that we would check with the company to find out when the items would be shipped. They said Wed , June [redacted] and that is when they arrived at my store.

[redacted], in the meantime, started posting negative remarks on my store's facebook page and I asked her to call me. She did. It was Wed, June [redacted] and I informed her that as soon as the delivery arrived, I would call her. The delivery arrived at 11:30am and I called her immediately. She arrived at the store with her damaged bra in hand.

I must say the bra was truly damaged but in my professional opinion the damage was due to neglectful care. I told her I could put new lace across the decollete. She insisted she handwashed the bra and I told her that I would then refund her. I told her that since the bra that was on backorder had lace I would reconsider her choice. I felt that the same thing would happen to the new bra.

Since[redacted]'s items were purchased by her mother, I asked her to have her mom call and I would refund the 2 bras. I have since refunded the 2 bras for [redacted]. The damaged bra and the one that had been specially ordered.

I hope this resolves the complaint issue with the Revdex.com of NY. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

yes after many days

I was recently diagnosed with reoccurring [redacted] Naturally stressed and emotional at this time due to upcoming [redacted], I was looking forward to finding a wig to make me feel somewhat normal. I was looking forward to a positve and easygoing experience. Initally when I went to the store, I thought, this was it, no more searching! The Associate Donna was polite and had an overall great experience, everything I had hoped for. However, following up on the order status I spoke to the owner by the name of Carmela, she was EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE AND CONDENSENDING. I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCOOPERATIVE experience. She literally left me shaking and at a loss for words. Carmela's main interest was- How much she was getting paid! She was too LAZY to even verify with my insurance company for benefits or to even fill out the forms. Needless to say after all this time, she failed to place the order. How can a person selling items for patients with medical conditions and diseases be so uncompassionate? She was mean to the core and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO MY WORST EMEMY.
