Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Valiant Garage Doors won't ever accept responsibility for his action While I appreciate [redacted] trying to deflect the complaint We did stick to "just the facts", it is he who is lacking in integrity & honesty If [redacted] had kept the appointment on 9/at 9am it wouldn't have been pouring rainHe chose the time of 11am & showed up at noon To the fact that he was doing us a "favor"When we first spoke to him about installing the spring he told us we would be able to lift the door with fingers When we picked up the trailer on 8/27, [redacted] told [redacted] the door was still too heavy and their wasn't a change At that time [redacted] stated he would correct the issue(this is what a good & business owner does)Every business owner I have ever dealt with makes right what isn't rightNever have we been told "it's a favor to correct what doesn't done correctly in the first place)The door still can't be lifted with fingers Regards, [redacted]

This customer and girlfriend are incorrect about the pulley wheels a new spring was installed in the pouring rain might add as a favor to them, which for anyone else would be a blessing They also are incorrect about the missed appointment on 8/29, Valiant was willing to meet up with customer
on his bread route, but he did not call to let Valiant know where he wasThe Customer with his girlfriend both were explicated at the same time on the phone in this so called heated argument, maybe they were heated that I wouldn't respond to them in the same explicit mannerIt would be appropriate if you are making a complaint to complain about the facts and not opinions

Valiant Garage Doors won't ever accept responsibility for his action.  While I appreciate [redacted] trying to deflect the complaint.  We did stick to "just the facts", it is he who is lacking in integrity & honesty.  If [redacted] had kept the appointment on 9/8 at 9am it wouldn't have been pouring rain. He chose the time of 11am & showed up at noon.  To the fact that he was doing us a "favor". When we first spoke to him about installing the spring he told us we would be able to lift the door with 2 fingers.  When we picked up the trailer on 8/27, [redacted] told [redacted] the door was still too heavy and their wasn't a change.  At that time [redacted] stated he would correct the issue(this is what a good & normal business owner does). Every business owner I have ever dealt with makes right what isn't right. Never have we been told "it's a favor to correct what doesn't done correctly in the first place). The door still can't be lifted with 2 fingers.

This customer and girlfriend are incorrect about the pulley wheels a new spring was installed in the pouring rain might add as a favor to them, which for anyone else would be a blessing.  They also are incorrect about the missed appointment on 8/29, Valiant was willing to meet up with customer...

on his bread route, but he did not call to let Valiant know where he was. The Customer with his girlfriend both were explicated at the same time on the phone in this so called heated argument, maybe they were heated that I wouldn't respond to them in the same explicit manner. This complainant is for a trailer door not a garage door, let us make this clear.  The facts are the garage technician came out and installed quality parts which created a proper working trailer door ---this is what the complainant paid for and this is what they received.  The complainant was with the technician as he finalized the product installed.  The complainants were satisfied with the product or why would the complainants allow the technician to leave.  The technician always tests and re-tests the product for proper working order.  We stand by our work on this matter and are frankly confused by this complaint, it seems the only thing to complain of is a mis-communication where he felt he had set up a time with us which was not in our records.  The facts are that our company installed a quality product which created the proper lift for the trailer with the approval of the customers on site and we can assure you the complainant has been working out of this said trailer with ease else why has he not stated his repair elsewhere.
