Valley Anesthesia

I made an overpayment on my account of 249.90. This was no fault of my own. I mailed a check for the bill in April. The end of June beginning of July I received notice that my account would be sent to collections if payment wasn’t made. I checked my banking sure enough the check wasn’t cashed. I call the company to see how to proceed as I figured it was lost in the mail. They advised me to mail a second check which I did that day. Both checks were cashed that week. I have been fighting with this company since July 9th to receive my refund. I’ve called frequently and reached out to Sentara RMH to help get this money returned to me. The answer is always “wait a little longer”. I’ve asked to talk with a supervisor. They tell me the supervisor does have phones in their office. What the heck!?!?!?! I hate filing this complaint but I’ve given the company much time to make this right.
