Actually the guy who cleaned the clothes was not there when the items were dropped off by Mr*** AND myselfMy son has EXACT outfit so why is his not stained? The belt worn was an all white cloth army belt so how could anything let alone red dye transfer on to a pair of yellow shortsThe bald headed rude *** lady that took all the order pointed out the items w stains would only be washed so ALL THE ITEMS WERE going TAKEN BACK WITH ME TO CLEAN MYSELFBefore I could get a word out to inquire about the stains they began yelling and being rude yes in the presence of another customer that walked inThe old lady offered to try to reclean them along with another white pair of pants they did not properly cleanSo if they were not at fault why offer, shows acknowledgement of wrong doing to meIn all could be proved with video if they could afford itNot to mention I took both pairs of pants to a REAL cleaners who explained the process and how the color was transfered

The issue with the pants is that there was dye transfer from a red belt We advised the customer that we may not be able to get the stain out We will not be providing a refund When the pants were brought back, we advised her that the actual customer had been told when the pants
were dropped off that we may not be able to get the stain out.This woman is not our customer for this transaction The clothing was dropped off by a man named Mr***.She spit on our door on the way out and we have witnesses to all of these interactions

This whole ordeal is totally absurd and unprofessional. As you can see I have my receipt hence another lie told by this establishment. Totally unacceptable!! Also its taking over two months to get a response?? Also as you can see it states stains on FRONT of pants which is correct for the pair not in dispute. Nothing stating any stains on belt loops, why because there was none! Also if it was done correctly why were the pants taking back for a 2nd cleaning? I was ready to just forget about the whole ordeal because as I stated I took the items to a better cleaners who not only corrected there mistake but explained the process and how this establishment and I use that term very loosely caused the stains to my husbands trousers. I am thoroughly unsatisfied and want my money and a full apology!!!!!!

I went to their other location off of 9th st about a month ago. I will NEVER be back there again. I had them dry clean a pair of dress pants for me. The pants came back burned so they took it back; when I came back the Owner said they didn't do it. The owner was at the Blacksburg location at the time. The associate checked it before he took it the first time and they didnt do it then they wouldve never took it back but instead wouldve told me it wasnt their fault then. They didnt fix the problem but instead when I spoke with the owner he had a "I dont care" attitude. After going back and forth with him; he offered a refund of $2. I told him to keep his two dollars . I wouldnt recommend anyone there because if they damage your clothes then your stuck with ruined clothes and $2.

I had taken my dry cleaning here for more than 10 years. Recently, I received two blouses back that were in worse shape than when I took them in. I was told it was my fault because they were wet. I disputed that as I had taken them from my house to the car to the cleaners.

I was going to get the one blouse anyway, and I was told I could not separate them and pay for one, and not the other. I had to either send both back or pay for them as is. I complained at that time. The girl at the counter called the Roanoke Office. They said I would have to speak to the owner. I called him the the next day.

He again told me it was my fault. I again disagreed. And my question is why did they not call me - they have my number on file. Why could I not pay for one? Why would they not offer to rectify it? For a measly $12 they have lost my business forever. And he was rude to me. My manner was professional, and I said I would take it to the Revdex.com, and he was fine with me doing so. Earlier one of his employees expressed doubt I would get any satisfaction. Sounds to me like a pattern if that is an employee's attitude.

Review: Dropped off custom made king goose down comforter and 2 king down pillows for cleaning ( over $700 in value)- as suggested on retailer tags. All items were white and no visible stains on them when they were dropped off. When I picked them up they all had some sort of stains and spots and were now a "tea stained color" over-all and no longer white. They also smell of chemical dry cleaning product. They took my money for the cleaning of the products and said they would redo them. When I picked them up a second time the staining was worse. The owners refused to take any responsibility for the damage done to my items and refused to compensate in any way- including returning any money charged for the cleaning. They kept insisting they don't use any "chemicals" or products for cleaning???? What is that supposed to mean? Clearly something in their process damaged my goods. They offered absolutely no solutions or reparations. Don't cleaners carry insurance to handle any damage??? Also the sign on their window indicates they do "organic dry cleaning". My comforter and pillows clearly smell like strong dry cleaning product.Desired Settlement: I would like some "financial reparation" for the items they damaged- so they can be replaced
