On 4/13/16 [redacted] came into our office and we discussed her move out disposition withher. We credited her disposition for $585.00. We removed the charge for the curtain sand the garage door spring and we also credited her $125 for the carpet cleaning. The other issue (refrigerator missing...

parts, carpet repair in the closet, fireplace screen damaged and the dog waste in the back yard) were not written down on her move in sheet when she moved into the house 3/6/15, We have picture of the dog waste in the yard, picture showing the missing parts of the refrigerator as well as picture of the damaged fireplace screen and damaged carpet in the closet. The tenants were given a 60 day notice to move, as the owners were selling the house. The owners gave them the option of moving out before their lease end date if they found another home to rent sooner than 3/5/6. We transferred them to another property that we manage, and they still live there.

We have done extensive sewer repair and cement work. The owner spent almost 8-10k. He did not pay his rent so we served him an eviction. He called the city and they came out and only found a tiny quarter size part. It was a leaky wax ring which we fixed but that was never communicated to us but the...

building department did. He found nothing that there were no violations that would make it uninhabitable or have any health and safety issues.

Review: sewage bonded with cement floor. they refuse to fix it correctly.rats, electric and a lot more.we have done foster care in this home and Environmental Alternatives have documentation on the sewage problem where they actually threatened them in order to fix a problem that existed when we moved in in 2010.after having enough, we looked for a new place that is cheaper and they put down that we were 30 times late on rent... what business allows that many late payments to happen without knowing its happening and permission to do so?Desired Settlement: Each time we asked for a problem to be fixed that was a safety hazard, it took months and even years in some cases. We were served with a 3 day pay or quit. "we quit" we want till the 28th. they can keep the deposit and we will clean to the best of our ability.they keep the $1600 deposit and our late payments removed. Then we are all square.if not... then we will see them in court.
