Valley Ford Reviews (2)

Review: I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer with approximately 25 miles on the odometer from Valley Ford, [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] on March 24, 2015.I also purchased a Ford trailer towing package for $900.00 from Valley Ford to be installed by the dealership. After the installation, I inspected their work and discovered that the trailer package was not what I had ordered. I later discovered that the passenger side doors, the passenger side fender and the front bumper all had different paint colors, gray primer in some areas, orange peel paint qualities and poor fitting body work. It is apparent that my new vehicle had been wrecked and was a repaired vehicle that had been sold to me as a new vehicle. After the discovery of the damage, I drove my 2015 Explorer to a local body shop for their opinion. The shop photographed all of the damaged areas and determined that the damage was extensive and the body work with paint was very poorly done. I returned to Valley Ford to return the damaged vehicle. The Sales Manager at ###-###-#### requested that I and a Valley Ford employee take the vehicle to another body shop for their opinion of the damaged vehicle. This body shop agreed that the vehicle was damaged. Valley Ford initially denied the damage and would not trade the damaged vehicle in return for a new vehicle of equal value. The Valley Ford dealership basically stated you bought it, you own it.I have telephoned Ford Motor Company Customer Relations at ###-###-#### to be told that Ford sold the vehicle to the dealership in good condition. Ford states that once the Dealership takes possession, the vehicle belongs to the dealer and that Ford will not help me. I have telephoned Ford Credit at ###-###-#### to cancel the credit application for the Explorer and that I want to return the 2015 Explorer to the dealer.I am asking the Revdex.com for assistance in resolving this matter with Valley Ford, [redacted], [redacted]. I purchased a new vehicle that was supposed to be new. I believe I am experiencing contract fraud from the dealership. I did not intend to buy a damaged vehicle that had been repaired; I intended to purchase a new vehicle. I intended to add a Ford trailer tow package to this vehicle; not an inferior aftermarket towing package that did not include the options that I wanted to include a factory wiring harness, a seven point plug and a transmission cooler. Neither Valley Ford nor Ford Motor Company will help me. I want to return this wrecked Explorer and cancel the purchase through Ford Credit.Desired Settlement: I would like to return my damaged 2015 Ford Explorer to Valley Ford, [redacted], [redacted] for a new Ford Explorer of equal value. I do not want a damaged vehicle. This is contract fraud. I intended to buy a new vehicle without damage. I deserve a new vehicle that has never been damaged. Valley Ford did not disclose to me that the vehicle that I purchased was a damaged vehicle. Two local [redacted] Body Shops agree that the vehicle has been damaged. All I want to do is return the damaged Explorer.

In September 2011, Valley Ford Forged my signature on a POA that I refused to sign and had it notarized. I have the papers to prove it from DMV from Deer Lodge.
