Review: We turned in our water sample to Valley Lab on March 9th 2015. Later that day, we received a call from the lab, asking how many water bottles we turned in because the samples got "mixed up". We were told that it would take 14 days to get the results because we purchased the complete package for water testing.

I had not heard anything or received anything from valley lab, so called the lab on March 31. The woman I spoke with told me she didn't know where the rest of our tests were, and she needed to call someone to find them. She got my email address and told me that she would be emailing the results as soon as she found the tests.

The day passed and I did not receive any email. I called the lab again and spoke with a young man who said that the woman had gone home early. He insisted that he would email me the results. He emailed the results and I received them.

The following day, I called to speak with "[redacted]" about the results. I asked why One of the items that I paid to get tested, was not on the test results. [redacted] put me on hold for a few minutes. [redacted] informed me that they had forgot to test for that one thing.....he assured me he would "get on it" and have it to me by the end of the day. I asked if they had forgotten anything else, and he insisted that they got everything else.

I asked for the manager and [redacted] told me that he was the manager. I shared my frustration with him about their lack of customer service. He apologized.

When I got off the phone, I looked at the package list and realized that they missed not one thing, but THREE. I called back immediately and asked to talk with the manager, [redacted]. [redacted] answered the phone and told me that [redacted] was NOT the manager. And to call [redacted]....she gave me a number, which rang and rang with no answer.

Here I am, April 1st, and STILL don't have my results for the 3 items they forgot. I was also told that I could not get my money back.

One of the most horrible customer service I've ever received.... And quite frankly don't believe any of the test results after dealing with the company.Desired Settlement: Honestly, I would like my money back..... I never received all of the results....
