Review: [redacted], with Valley Oaks Custom Landscapes & Designs, mandated to be paid in full prior to beginning my landscaping at my home. To date, Oct. 4, 2013, he has not completed the work agreed upon and paid for. He has changed his phone number, email, etc., and refuses to return emails and calls. I have been emailing for almost a year now to have him complete the work; stain my fence, replace boards, provide a diagram of the names of plants and trees installed in my yards, falling trees that were not staked, replace dead plants that look like weeds, etc., since he said my plants and trees are guaranteed for one year and that one year is up in October. They immediately looked dead and still look dead. I have hired some of this work out to other contractors, but need a refund of my money to complete the rest, as I will have to pay again for new plants, labor, etc. This business is unprofessional and takes your money up front without completing the job.

I would like a refund of what I have paid other contractors to complete ($500+), as well as a refund for the remaining work to be complete from a year ago. That would require getting quotes to have an exact refund amount and I could do that at anytime. I have more documentation to provide, if needed.
