I am concerned for the health of the animals in the store, as well as the safety of customersI did not make a purchase due to poor quality
The aquatic turtle enclosure was small & dirtyA customer who doesn't know better could have placed their hand inside & gotten bittenThere were dead fish in at least tanksOne tank had a decomposed fish (skeleton) floating in itTanks were overstocked & very dirtyThere were puppies in separate cagesThere was no water, food, blanket, shredded paper, or enrichment for the puppiesThey looked the lethargic & unengaged (not behavior for a healthy puppy)There was an open enclosure for two large reptiles - no protection; potential safety hazard for customersThese reptiles had no water access & newspaper on the bottom (improper bedding for these animals)The sanitary conditions of this store are disgustingThe care provided to the animals is minimalThe store is not concerned about the health of animals & safety of customers

Review: [redacted]My complaint is 2 fold:1. Customer service issues involving a dispute between grooming service and my dogs. Work was not done on my pets as asked or promised. They confused my 2 dogs. Work was done on the wrong pet. Owner Matt disagreed said the work was done correctly on the right dog but said to bring the dogs back in and they would do the work over to my satisfaction. I decided not to bring my dogs back at all because communications had been messed up before and Matt made the remark to my dogs "I'm glad YOU won't be coming back. Weird and totally unprofessional.2. They sale puppies as of 4 months ago. When I got to the pet store at 9am to drop my pets off for grooming the store smelled really disgusting. At least 8 puppies were in the store alone from 6pm to 9am crated. The smell was toxic and the puppies looked dirty, smelly and lethargic.For someone who states to "love" animals so much, and "where your pets are our Pets". I think Matt Snyder needs to take a more serious look at running a business with animals and take a more "Friendly" attitude towards his clients.PRICES ON HIS BROCHURE DO NOT REFECT THE PRICES THAT ARE CHARGES.HIS CHARGES ARE SUBSTANTIALLY MORE THAN HIS BROCHURE.Desired Settlement: I would like the Revdex.com or Health Department for Animals to go in and check the Care of these Puppies. I would like to be reimbursed for the medicated bath dog Z** did not get.I would like to be reimbursed for the grooming fee M[redacted] did not receive as indicated.Prices on his Brochure do not reflect the prices charged.
