She refused our offer to honor our warranty to come out and repair the damage and fix the issueWe would also repair the drywall

I had paid for a service and we did one treatment and rescheduled for a follow-up. Well that day came and went because they forgot about the appointment we set. We re-scheduled for today and were told they would be out 8-10. We call and they said oh it's going to be between 9-10, I call back to see what time and the owner, [redacted] , said between 10-11. He was very very RUDE, and when I asked to speak to the owner, he said he was the owner. I was shocked to hear that an owner would act like that. I ended up cancelling the service because if the owner acts like that,I won't trust that type of people in my house alone.

The company representative...

knew he was leaving a mess and knew he did not complete the job as parts of the hive was left behind. He used poor judgement in planning and paid little attention to the mess he made.  The majority of the mess could have been avoided with use of a tarp or at least suggesting I move the items and shelf.Given this experience, I wouldn't want another company representative in my home.Your lack of any remorse for the mess, lack of any offer of apology, and other similar Revdex.com complaints against your company establishes a pattern of how you manage your business and interact with customers.  You've offered nothing I didn't already state in my initial communication and seemingly blame me for cleaning up your mess.Take some responsibility for your actions.

We were experiencing a bee problem under the fascia at the roof of our home and called Valleypro Pest Control. A man came out and sprayed the area and left a yellow strip that he said the bees would eat and start to die. He claimed he did not see a hive and that the bees were probably confused thinking it was a hive from a nearby area that looked the same as our home. He charged us almost $200 and left us an invoice with a 30 day guarantee and said to call back after 5 days if the bees did not leave. They did not leave, so a week later I called back and a lady said someone would call me back but never did. A few days later I called back the same number on the invoice and a man asked how I got his personal cell number and came out to my home to only say the same thing over again. So, a week later, with still so many bees roaming around I called back to be told again someone would call me back and never did. Calling back the next day, I explained to the lady that I didn't want my 30 day guarantee to expire and needed someone to take care of the problem, only to have her hang up on me. Thinking it was a mistake, I called again and a man answered and when I started telling him my issue, he hung up on me as well. I kept calling and was then going straight to voicemail. This company is only out to get your money and not deal with the issue. I wish I had read all the negative reviews before we called them so we wouldn't be going through this mess. It isn't right and they should not be in business.

If we would have known about this issue we could have solved it. Unfortunately, the customer did not reach out to us until after he solved the issue and then was expecting a 50% discount. We would have happily cleaned the mess or agreed to a more reasonable discount.
