Valleywide Plumbing Reviews (5)

I have never denied valleywide plumbing coming to the house however like everything else with this man his statements are false.  I did NOT not want to pay for services. He never camera'd the line in full, he never gave me a diagnosis and never provided a copy of the tape because there was none as by his own admission he didnt camera the whole line as he didn't have the correct camera to do it.  He is a disgustng liar.  He told me "at this point we don't know what is wrong with the line. Later, he told me he only saw 1/2 way thru  the line. Perhaps it's because there was a different workers there each time or they just didn't tell him the truth BUT NOTHING CAN DISPUTE THE FACT that my tenant and neighbor both saw his workers go to a neighbor across the street ON MY CHARGED TIME to view another job.  If "i didn't want to pay for services from the beginning" why did he continue to speak to me"? I am amazed if anyone cannot see how ridiculous this"mans" assessment of the situation is.  If the correct camera had been used the issue would have been resolved early on like the professional plummer I hired and paid after him. To  say that I risked losing a tenant,  I DID lose months rent and the continued time lost cause I didn't want to pay him is ludicrous.  It cost me with the rent, several carpet cleanings and tenant arguments. Disgraceful. As I said-i paid the person who fixed it in 3 days promptly and in full as I have ALL contractors who have done work for me.  He is lying. BOTTOM LINE.  This company tried to take advantage of an out of state landlord with incomplete work, incorrect diagnosis and multiple attempts at getting me to pay for work that was Never done.  BEWARE!

Review: I discussed needed work with Valleywide re pipes backing up sewage into tenant occupied home. I was now married and lived out of az state so discussions were over the phone. From the outset the worker didnt arrive when said, stating my tenant wasnt home(which she emphatically denied). For weeks on end they kept saying they fixed the problem but within 2 days the same problem would occur - backed up sewage. I gave the ok to send a camera into the pipe to see the problem and was promised a copy. My tenants kept saying they weren't fixing anything and also told me that on time that I was being charged for on their "Customer time tracking GPS" they witnessed the worker go across the street to give an estimate to another homeowner and do little in my home. I consider this theft. When I kept calling explaining that the workers were inept & the situation was never resolved - I was told "weve done everything possible and dont know whats wrong". However when I pushed for a copy of the pipes, I was then told that they "couldn't actually do it cause he didn't have the correct camera". (???) It was the constant misleading and bogus information that caused the dispute as I believe, and my tenant confirmed, he was talking advantage of the fact that I wasn't there. I lost a months rent - had my tenant crying and threatening to leave and it could not have been a healthy situation with sewage constantly backing up. I could get -0- answers from the owner Dave. I never signed a contract with him as he was supposed to tell me what was wrong never did. Finally, I called another plumber who was there and fixed the issue IN 3 DAYS. He was promptly paid in full. I am still out the months rent and Valleywide had the nerve to send me to collections. They are a disgrace and as I said - my tenant and neighbors confirm all that I am saying. He had sent my account that has NO SIGNED CONTRACT to collections and it is still affecting my credit. Since when is a company allowed to lie, mislead, not fix the problems or supply a service and easily allowed to defame a private citizens credit with no questions asked by the credit agency? This is completely unfair.Desired Settlement: I want this "charge" removed from my credit report as they have given it to [redacted] (who by the way have a number of illegally employed practices of their own publicly noted)

Review: Valley Wide Plumbing completed a plumbing repair a week prior to [redacted] taking over the property management of the [redacted] in October 2013. The hallway carpet was not protected and soldering material dripped onto the carpet. We notified Valley Wide of the damage, provided photos, and requested they reimburse us $319.11 for replacing the carpet in that area. After a few phone and e-mail conversations, [redacted], the Superintendent on the job, instructed me to send an invoice to his office and it would be paid. That was in January 2014. After no payment was received several weeks later, and Thomas wasn't responding to e-mails, we contacted Accounts Payable at Valley Wide. [redacted] said she had no record of the invoice, but to resend it and she would review it with the owner. That was in May 2014. We followed up with her a few more times with no response. To date payment has not been received and no one will respond to our inquiries.Desired Settlement: We would like Valley Wide Plumbing to pay for the cost of replacing the damaged carpet - $319.11.
