This response simply furthers the way I feel my experience went with this business I, from the very beginning, tried hard to be as understanding as I could remaining calm I began to get elevated as no one would return our calls or emails When I finally got the chance to speak to the owner on the phone, he immediately started coming at me saying that the job they did was fine When he offered to show me the pictures, I told him that it made no sense for me to see them considering I knew exactly what it looked like before the service and after the service He did end up sending them and I reviewed them only to see that what he was referring to was cleaner tile, which it was, but that was not the purpose of us hiring them We hired them for the sole purpose of cleaning our grout, which they absolutely, unequivocally, did not doThis was my point to him and it was clearly not taken As for the oil stain, they simply cannot refute that and I am not pointing this at them just to have someone to blame There was an oil stain directly under their van immediately following the service that was not there before hand The threats he is referring to are the threats to do exactly what I am doing, which was to report them as a business and leave negative reviews Not sure if that constitutes as a "threat", but that is his interpretation This obviously is going nowhere and there is not a chance he's going to be a good businessman and take care of this with a refund, so I'm not sure what the next step is, but I can tell you that there is not a single business experience I've ever had that compares to this one Valleywide Stonecare is the single worst company I have ever dealt with...I continue to be amazed that they can get away with this

I had so much problems which these is: First with scheduling appointmentI had to report the issue with GrouponOnce I reported the issue with groupon next day itself person named Jammie called me and scheduled the appointment for October 21stA day before 21st, after preparing the entire house which took us almost hours, I texted Jammie to confirm what time they will be arriving on 2stTo which she said they don't have any appointment for 21st on my nameWHat the Heck!!! After talking rudely for mins trying to tell me that I am wrong, she rescheduled the appointment for 28th OctoberWe again prepared the house(except putting plastic on the furniture)We didn't put plastic on the furniture because we didn't want the tile cleaned near furniture areaThis time they came and saw the house and rudely said we cannot do it since you haven't covered furniture with plasticI mean really!!!! We dont want that area cleaned then why should be cover it with plastic??? Also, last on 20th October we plastic everytime and then they ditchedThey were looking for reasons so that they dont have to do it at the price I got from groupon I know they are going to remove it, but I will try to put this feedback as many place I can so that other people dont get trapped to these thief ran business!!!!! I made a mistake I should have read the review here before buying this deal

If I could give this company a for satisfaction, I would! I took hours to remove all the furniture that I could from my house, and when the man got here, he told me that I had to wrap everything that was left in plastic I proceeded to do that although the Groupon did not say this or I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED IT! After I was finished wrapping all of my furniture in plastic, minutes later, I went outside to tell him, and he had left! I called VALLEYWIDE STONECARE, and they said that I would have to re-schedule I told them that I wanted my money back, and she said to contact Groupon so I did, and they gave me my money back! The lady at the call center told me that the owner would call me, and he never did! YOU HAVE TO BE CRAZY TO DO ALL THE WORK THAT THEY ASK YOU TO DO AND STILL PAY THEM! He should have never left without telling me or I wouldn't have taken the time to put plastic over all of my furniture that was left on the floor in all of the rooms! There are much better companys out there to clean and seal your porcelain tile! Just google them!

This person from the very get go has done nothing but harass our staff and make threatening verbal statements to us He wasn't there at the job but for more than min max His wife even asked us for lots of cards to give to friends because she was there watching the cleanup that
happened We even took multiple photographs of the job in progress because the clean up was so drastic Every time we asked if we could send him the photos to show him what actually happened while he was gone he became more and more belligerent and hostile and telling us we must be stupid, because he can see how the floor turned out Anyway the oil stain I can't say for sure if we caused it or not If we were getting other customers who were saying this to us then I'd be inclined to say it was, but with how hostile Mr *** *** was, I wouldn't put it past him to blame us for something we didn't do Btw, yes after enough arrogant hostile attitude I then was rude back to Mr *** *** and said I no longer want his business and to never contact us again There will be no refund as the job was completed beyond even his wife's expectation at the time of service

We live in a fairly new home but have 3 dogs that track in a lot of dirt. Although our grout is not black or excessively dirty, we expected to see the high traffic areas restored to look similar to the lesser used areas, but after cleaning and sealing it looks exactly the same as before the tech arrived. Maybe a lack of knowledge on my part, but the before and after photos sure seemed appealing and lead me to believe the grout would look closer to it's original color. Additionally, we purchased 1000 sq.ft. of cleaning and didn't realize there was a charge to walk up stairs. We only used 558/1000 sq.ft. and the tech wanted to charge another $80 to do the remaining 82 sq.ft. upstairs. When I spoke with the tech a day later, he explained the multi-floor fee, which I can accept but expressed my disagreement based on the fact it was only 82 more sq.ft to clean. He then proceeded to tell me to shove a huge [redacted] up my a** and that karma is a [redacted], almost threatening me, because I mentioned posting this information on social media so others don't make the same mistake (not realizing there's a fee to go upstairs). I tried telling him he's not who I should speak with since he clearly wasn't in customer service, and I get his frustration, but going from 0-100 like that was truly baffling. He also compared my IT job to his floor cleaning job and that I don't know what i'm talking about, just the same as he wouldn't tell me how to do my job. I even partially agreed that I'm not a floor cleaning expert, but your own product descriptions show that your grout will look clean again, and mine did not.
I wrapped it up with asking if he was owner, he replied 'no', and said I would be calling the office to complain. He was perfectly fine with me telling his manager that he offered to 'shove a huge [redacted]' up my a** for me.

I've since talked to the office manager and awaiting a reply. I have confidence this will get resolved, but unfortunately I can't recommend this company based on my experience with this one technician.

This is reference to Valleywide Stonecare in Mesa. What a farce this Company is. I made my reservation a month in advance. They came but had questions about the water source. I am on a 1st floor Condo. They could not do one bathroom and only 1/2 of the other bath. (wonder what would have happened if I was on the 2nd floor?) supposedly because of not having enough length in his water hose.

The employee took forever to get started and then when he did ...he let the machine run for a good 10 minutes leaned up against my wall while he talked politics. (he was running for a public office) with someone.

Ten minutes later he said he was finished. I looked at the several dark grout lines and asked about them. He said they would lighten up when it dried. It never did.

I called and spoke to a voice mail telling them how uphappy I was. They gave a number to call but when I did it only went voice mail and I could not leave a message.

Would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

BEWARE! SCAM COMPANY! This company will take your money(cash) and not complete the work...or do a horrible job and not call you back. Check Yelp and Revdex.com for more horrible reviews and complaints about this company. Don't be the next victim. My tile and grout were dirtier after they left then what it was prior to them cleaning. You can see in the photos the dirty tile and soap sm ALL over the tile ALL throughout the house. Then on top of that, won't call you back after multiple call and messages. They take your money and leave. Don't give them anymore money. Do your research and pick another company that will actually call you back. SCAM!

This customer was spoken with by the owner before she ever filed this complaint.  He stated he was sorry that he had to move on to another appointment after we attempted to make three seperate calls to her and waited close by her home for almost 40 min.  She told him that she thought her...

appointment was from 12-4pm but agreed with the receptionist that she knew it was at 11pm with a one hour window of before or after the appointment time.  She did this to try to get the technicians to return, we offered multiple appointment times that were within the next week but she refused them and we have [redacted] the ok the refund her money.  
So so there is nothing else for us to do, I'll give a $50 credit for her in our system towards work to be completed but I don't think she will call us back anyway.

I never said my appointment was at 11, I have 12 noon clearly written on my paper, and was never told about a 1 hour window before or after, I don't appreciate this business lying about that, and coming at 1015, stating they didn't even have a correct address when that had been given to them wrong by the secretary, totally not my fault. I dont agree with the business practices of this company at all. This is not acceptable to me

Do not use this company!
My fiance and I had the same issues as the person below! Worst nightmare, stain on our newly painted walls, baseboards, carpet and appliances, sloppy work, sealer and stain are now chipping off after only a few months and we've been told we need to rip out and redo all our tile to make it right. Owner and workers came back several times to "fix" the problems by giving us two restaurant gift certificates and several return visits to restain and reseal the areas they missed. This only made our floors darker and blotchier. Owner and I agreed to have some of the monies returned to us, but only paid half and now refuses to pay the other half. Again, stay away from Valleywide Stonecare! This company is a disgrace to customer service.
