I too completed BPO's for this company as an independent contractor during I am due $for the completed BPO'sSo far I too have not received payment for any BPO's I've doneI have contacted them several times over phone and was told payment is going to be processedTo date I have not received any payments VALUATION VISION IS A DISREPUTABLE COMPANYDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

This company is not to be dealt withThey do not pay Realtors for completed work done on BPOs (Broker Price Opinions), disregard letters demanding payment and many times it takes a certified letter threatening legal action to get a response and payment

I am a broker in Georgia and on 11/02/15, just got them to approve to cut me a check on 11/06/for BPO's in November of They have always been late in paying but almost years is not right I stopped working for them in April of 2014, and it has taken me until now to get all of my money

Very unhappy with Valuation Vision! I am a broker in California I've done BPOs for this company in June and July and have yet to receive payment! When I called today to complain I was told by someone named Joann that she can't "put me on the list until October 16th because the 9th is full" Obviously they have no money to pay their vendors! When I took the BPO assignments I was assured payment within days of completion I will not be surprised if this company goes belly up I will never again work for this company

I too completed 3 BPO's for this company as an independent contractor during 2016. I am due $180.00 for the 3 completed BPO's. So far I too have not received payment for any BPO's I've done. I have contacted them several times over phone and was told payment is going to be processed. To date I have not received any payments.

I have been doing work with Valuation Vision for several years but for some reason they will NOT pay me for all the work I have done in 2014. I have been speaking to them on the phone and through a huge email chain looking for payment of $470. They have paid me for a few jobs I have done in 2015 but they refuse to pay me for work I did for them in 2014. Currently they owe me $470 for 2014 and $120 for 2015. I can't seem to be paid. I've even stopped accepted work from them and telling them I have to be paid before I can do any more work for them.

Do NOT complete BPO's for this company - they do NOT pay. Even if they try to attract you with higher fees for BPO's, they will NOT pay them. Do not accept orders from them.

Review: Valuation Vision has stated their billing system has malfunctioned due to a company merger that has taken place. The company policy is all payments to the contractors is to be forthcoming within 30 days of completion. I have been told this same excuse since June 2013. We are in a new year and billing for 2013 is still outstanding and throws off my tax obligations as well.

They state they can see my billed time due but are unable to generate the checks due to me.Desired Settlement: I desire for them to correct the billing system and generate the pay due to me immediately so we can part company.

They stated that they pay net 30. So far I have not received payment for any BPO's I've done. I have contacted them NUMEROUSLY over phone and in email and was told payment is going to be proccessed. They lied to me over and over again. My last email was to [redacted]] only to hear net 30 over again. Net 30 from 9/5/2014 is 10/5/14 not 10/21/14. BPO = BROKER PRICE OPINION. I SPOKE WITH PERSON THAT ANSWERS PHONE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. VALUATION VISION IS A DISREPUTABLE COMPANY.Desired Settlement: I WANT TO BE PAID IN TOTAL $220.00 IMMEDIATELY FOR SERVICES RENDERED.
